I've been using your workouts for over a year now and they're probably the best workouts on TH-cam. I'm glad I found you because I see why form is so important, and I like that you've stressed perfect form in your videos. I see a lot of people working out, that have been doing it for years, with terrible form. And thanks to your videos I'm starting to explore calisthenics a bit. Just bought a dip bar station. I never would have thought I'd be so into fitness, but it's basically consumed my life. Now I just need to start lean bulking to actually expose these muscles and maximize my results, and again thanks to your videos I now have a meal plan formulated. For anyone new, do these workouts every day and you will 100% see results. I've mainly been doing his 20 minute morning workout routine, but I'll switch it up and do some targeted areas like legs and abs every now and then. Thanks for helping me get in shape.
@@nyguy1884 I generally do his 20 minute morning workout (where he's in a gym) daily, but every now and then I'll do his specific 10 minute ab, legs, chest workouts and combine those with other workouts to make it about 30-40 mins of exercise. I usually stick to the usual workouts but I will try new ones I haven't done every now and then.

D1- im feeling great and when i was done I got something small and healthy 2 eat. D2- staying dedicated im sweaty asf but im pushing thru. D3- feeling great today pushed through everything!! D4- trying to work on my form. I noticed my lying hip ups r shake, so i needa be more controlled on my balancing D5- skipped today, played some basketball + worked on my vertical. 5’7 ish with a 31 inch vertical thanks to Fraser!!! D6- quite simple but i was being dumb and had some spicy food, so i had slight heartburn while doin the workout. s/o to the ppl staying alongside me on this journey 🙂

Be in a Calorie Deficit of 200-300 calories if you really wanna show your abs and remember that your Nutrition should be on point and Weight Loss is a Marathon not a sprint.
