My wife and I are also from the Fraser Valley and we have been trying to visit Thailand for almost 5 years but the timing was just never right. We finally decided to make our own fate which included me quitting my job and taking a leap of faith in order to visit Thailand for the amount of time we desired. Quitting my job gave me an opportunity for a new outlook on life and the ability do something we have been dreaming of for years! Awesome! Amazing drone footage too! Thank you! I was aware of how beautiful these islands of Thailand are from a friend who traveled there in the 1990s and stayed at a Phi Phi Islands resort. That friend recently died at the age of almost 103 years old and I very much miss his friendship. I wish he could have given me his travel photos which I hope his family kept.

Dude you have got it right! Diversification is so important. If you are relying on adsense alone you are screwed haha. And its getting harder and harder for smaller TH-camrs like me to get noticed, and make ANY skrilla off adsense. This is why I have been doing so much freelance work...unfortunately it takes away from the time I can spend on TH-cam, but gives me enough cash to keep doing it!

+James Shannon I do have one! Although I am not in a tight position like many other creators. Fortunately my brand friendly content only suffered about a 20% drop compared to some people seeing a 70% drop! Quite tough for some creators on the platform.

Hello...Quick question ... I get lots of people's opinions (most conflicting) when it comes to weather and the right time of year to visit thialand.. we have 3 weeks and want to work it round some public holidays in the U.K. To save more holiday allowance days.. we were thinking end of march beginning on April! Iv been watching your blogs and it looks like it's been great... but some people say it will be raining the whole time!?? Help
So, essentially, you're telling us to click to get the biscuit? Beautiful island! I doubt there's a better spot to relax with a beer than that beach. $8 for laundry isn't bad at all, I'm usually out $20 when I drop off for wash, dry and fold service. $8 would mean doing it myself and spending half a day in a laundromat with little kids running around and screaming the entire time.
Can you consider a 3-4 min segment within a video on how you gather all the content from your several memory cards, organize, and put into FXP? Anything special you do? I'm sure ensuring all the time & dates are set correctly is key for each device...

We rented a Honda click 125cc last week in Phuket, Make sure you check over the bike ours had a puncture and after riding for a couple hours, we had a hour stop then got back on and me and my partner came off and got really bad grazes to elbow, shoulder and legs! We were very lucky and recommend checking every bike! We also still had to pay for damage to bike

Maybe you meant SIARGAO? If you're craving for Siargao, then you should definitely see the drone videos from ColinTS and also from Beach Weather! I'm not sure if you've come across their YT channels but their drone footage of Siargao are absolutely LIT & jaw dropping, haha! Check them out!:-)

Damn. Heading out to Thailand and Vietnam in a few weeks, might have to pay this place a visit just for the photo and video opportunities, looks dope.
Koh Mak is definitely on my list to go - we by passed it and went to Koh Kradan for a few days. That was a nice place to relax but a few days was enough there. Off season is very quiet and not many supplies on the island in the off season. Definitely going to check out islanda resort too - a little luxury is nice now and then.

I have never seen any big companies advertise on you tube other than drug companies. Mostly viagra commercials too lol.
I think your videos are great and you put in a lot of effort...but these days i am finding the titles to be similar...i can spot at least 10 videos with similar title like " best place" or "best hidden beach" or "heavenly beach" in Thailand.... appreciate if the titles are diverse and not view seeking :)
Unfortunately, "view seeking" is a big part of making a living doing TH-cam.
Thats not a problem when used sometimes...but i personally avoided to view last few of his videos due to monotonous titles..he might be losing views instead.
