You're completely right. To get to the islands south of Trat: Koh Chang, Koh Mak, and Koh Kood, you would go southeast of Bangkok. To make the trip shorter, we first went south to Pattaya and stayed a few days before moving on to those islands. Sorry for our mistake.
Very nice vlog, I m planning to visit in end of June, are there any restaurants who opens till 11 pm ? Which area you recommend to stay with lots of restaurants? TIA ❤
Both islands are mostly quiet after 10 PM. Keep in mind that the month of June is during the "low season" with fewer visitors. Therefore, I imagine that it would be difficult to find a restaurant open after 9 PM in June.
Very informative video but I always assumed that to get to the islands from Bangkok you travelled East and not West.
