Enjoy your time in Vietnam! I hope you will have a wonderful time. If it’s your first time, there will quite a cultural shock, so just be prepare for that.
It will be super hot in 6 weeks, so make sure to remember to stay hydrated and bring a lot of sunscreens and bug sprays, if you forget, you can buy it there also.

Hi. I actually don’t remember the names of both restaurants, it was recommended by my driver and I think he gets a commission taking me there; food was ok, but not the best I’ve had.
I recommend asking your hotel for recommendations.
Hi, great vid. I will be going there coming Dec. Flying into HCM airport and out to phu Quoc. I have ard 2 hrs from arrival time to departure to phu quoc. Wanna ask if 2 hrs enough for the transit? Or should cater for more?
Hi! Two hours should be plenty of time for a domestic flight, but if possible, I’d recommend arriving early and relaxing at the airport to avoid any last-minute stress.

Hi! I’m not sure about October, but my tour guide said the best time to visit Phu Quoc is March and November, so I’m sure October should be ok, since I visited in early February.

I'm not certain about the current rules on drones. Mine was confiscated at Da Nang Airport back in 2017, and I haven't bought another since. However, I've heard from some people that they've been able to bring drones into the country when flying into Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. That said, I believe the rules are pretty strict with drones.
How long is the snorkeling tour? Was it through tommie only for the one side?
Hi! The snorkeling is part of an all day tour, 8am-6pm. I think we spent about 1.5hrs snorkeling in two different places.
I only went with Tommie for the south tour, but he does tours all over Phu Quoc

I think the only day they don’t have fireworks is Tuesday. It starts at 9pm and it’s about 15 minutes for the water show then 15 minutes of fireworks

I don’t think Phu Quoc will ever be uncool, it’s such a beautiful island. The best time to visit will be March or November. Let me know if you ever make it out there!

It does, it was more expensive to pay for each ride than paying the whole day for the driver.

Sorry, I didn’t have time to get a massage or hair wash in Phu Quoc, but central Phu Quoc will have the most massage businesses.
But I recommend asking Tommie for his recommendations, he will know a good and cheap place to go.
Snorkeling is the best.
How much is the snorkeling? I want to do it when I am there.
The snorkeling is part of the day trip with Tommie, I think I paid around $70usd, but the price will varies depending when you book with him.

@@MyLifeInDallas it was hard to breathe when you do it the first time, but eventually it got easier. We stopped in two places for snorkeling, about an hour at each place. It was an all day trip from 8am to 5pm, and there will be a driver to pick you up from your hotel. I recommend contacting Tommie, he can provide you with more information.

Hi Danny. I didn’t pay until the day of the tour. It might be peak season or he might have some cancellations so he changed his policy.

How is it possible that you've spent 22 USD for snacks at the super market and around 7 USD for a taxi ride from the airport to your hotel (which is very close)?? Never seen that there...
The dried mango cost over $10 USD. Food prices can vary widely, some items are quite affordable, while others can be expensive. It all depends on what you choose to purchase.

I highly recommend Vida Loca, the hotel is right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Pool and beach areas are beautiful. The room will seem small if you have more than one person, but you probably won’t be in the room much.
