By giving a specific list of "no-no" topics, especially how they're one-way (can say good, can't say bad) instead of at least pretending to be indifferent to them, they're actually acknowledging the subject matter. This is less censorship and more of a Streisand effect thing. By giving a specific list of "no-no" topics, especially how they're one-way (can say good, can't say bad) instead of at least pretending to be indifferent to them, they're actually acknowledging the subject matter.

its an IP licensed to, created and sold by a Chinese company. Successful Chinese companies such as Netease are monitored and censored by the CCP, more importantly IP that is imported such as movies are censored. As far as I'm aware there is no international law that requires another nation to adhere to another nations freedom of speech, especially if a company willingly sold something to China. You can't even do business in china unless you are sponsored by a company that is overseen by the CCP.
