- This irresistible Sweet Red Bean Bread is fluffy, delicious, and loved by everyone. Today, I will teach you how to shape the dough properly so that it does not easily fall apart.
Recipe ☘️ Red Bean Swirl Bread
Bakers flour 280g
Caster sugar 40g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Milk powder 15g
Egg 45g
Milk 140±g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
Red bean paste 315g
Brushed with egg+milk / honey + water
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
☘️ Preheat oven to 180C/360F; Bake at 180C/360F for 20 mins
Please adjust the baking time & temperature according to the oven you use.
