- Today’s Danish layered bread]/Butter pastry bread is a very popular bread in the bakery. It has a crispy skin, a layered and soft texture, and the texture is as delicate as a cake. It has a strong milky and buttery flavour. It is simpler than making the croissant. It only needs to be folded twice, while the croissant usually folds three times.
INGREDIENTS

Bakers flour 300g
Milk powder 20g
Caster sugar 35g
Instant yeast 5g
Salt 3g
Egg 50g
Condensed milk 20gINGREDIENTS
Water 115g
Unsalted butter (soften) 25g
Unsalted butter for lamination (soften) 115g
** Preheat oven to 165C/330F
** Bake at 165C/330F for 23mins

This is pretty beautiful bread!! I would like to make it sooner
So I did make this and can vouch the recipe is good. Mine turned out as good as shown and I'll keep this recipe in my arsenal because it's soooo YUMMY. So thank's heaps to the uploader.
We ate one fresh and I froze the other. I put the frozen one in my air fryer (still frozen) @ 190C degrees for 5 minutes and the glazing had in part crystalised and turned whitish and found that added layer of crispness to the outside was even better.
So glad that you loved this recipe.

今天尝试了，味道很棒！感谢Lisa！超喜欢炼乳和黄油综合起来的奶香味！在澳洲买不到这种面包呢！很开心！我用的是bread mix，家里没有厨师机，用bread maker代替，选了dough模式揉面，揉出来的面团非常粘手，想着第一次尝试哪怕失败也做到底吧，然后中间又错误的把面团放冷藏而非freezer，后来第二次折叠才改正过来。冷冻过的面团容易折叠操作，但仍然很粘，虽然撒了面粉仍然都粘在面板上。废了九牛二虎之力总算完成所有操作。烘培出来后的成品出乎意料外，并没有那么糟糕。虽然松软不足，但是味道很喜欢！感谢Lisa！请问一下，我的面团过黏问题，是否因为我用了bread mix以及揉面过程不当？是否bakers flour 以及厨师机揉面，才是必胜必胜关键？谢谢！
我觉得可能还是和bread mix有关，这些面包预调粉里含有其他材料， 而且每种面粉的吸水性不同， 说明您这个预调粉比较吸水所以导致很黏。 下次如果还是用预调粉，可以预留10-15克水先不要倒入，等低速搅拌时看看面团软硬情况再缓缓加入。
