Ingredients: For 12 pcs of bread
Dough:
All-purpose flour 360g/2 2/3 cup
Caster sugar 30g/2Tbsp
Salt 3g/ ½ tsp
Instant yeast 5g/1tsp
Fresh milk 230ml +-
Unsalted butter 40g/3 ½ Tbsp
Filling:
Sweetened red beans paste 300g/11 oz
Topping:
Egg 1 pc
Water 2Tbsp
Black sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 170°C/340°F. Bake 17-18 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown.
