I made 11 buns and different fillings sasame paste, red beans and feta cheese which my daughter had this for breakfast, thanks again!
i really love baking bread. the hardwork worth the same with the result. i love red bean too. i would like to try this recipe soon. keep up the goodwork!
Those buns remind me so much of my childhood :)Thank you for the step by step instruction! So easy to follow! I'm going to give them a try next weekend when I have all the ingredients!
Hi there, you can always use stand mixer for dough making. I think it would be around 15 minutes, you may use window pane to test if the dough is ready for fermentation. Thank you. 😊
This video was taken a year ago, at that time i learnt that by mixing 10% soft flour it produced softer bread. But now, I understand that even using all strong/ bread flour, with better skills and other methods such as tangzhong /Yudane method, we can all bake soft and fluffy bread. 🥰 In conclusion, it is totally good by using all bread flour. 😎
Can you fry these? I had some fried and they were so good. Been looking for recipes for the fry ones but all i can find is baked ones. Please let me know
Great instructions though it does seem tedious to make the dough by hand. I presume the dough can be made using a breadmaker machine to speed up the process? ;-) By the way, thanks for your roasted sesame dressing. I followed your recipe to a T and made it successfully. The right tangy taste!
your videos are easy to follow and provide followers with Japanese food favorites in the comfort of their own homes. thank you
