Works great, but my forearms hurt from this. Doing this daily, I can't always do the full 98secs. Alone, this is as good as an inhaler. Doing this exercise & an hr. later, using an inhaler symbiotically enhances & complement each other for a great efficacy. Thanks Janice, & kind regards❣
@@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong, It isn't as effective if I do a shorter period. I think, as a man, my forearm length to my chest is longer proportionately than a woman's proportions. Thanks for reaching out! Kind regards❣
definitely noticing changes. maybe a clearing, an opening. good feeling altho at first i felt some anxiety just after the tapping stopped. thx for this info. i'm enjoying your short videos and learning from them.
I have current GRIEF my loss was recent. In the past I had some therapy - that left me with body movements as if my body wanting to get some type of block released. these movement have again appeared after a year of severe stress, can qigong help to slowly release these blocks which I suspect are supressed feelings. The movement is my left shoulder it shakes for a few seconds vigorously like trying to get rid of something. Also my pelvic area sometimes twists to either side quite vigorously . I am grateful for you posting about the GRIEF - my processing seems to have got stuck in shock mode.
Hopefully, yes Qigong practice will allow you to release your grief in a healthy way. Little and often is the way to go. Be kind and gentle with yourself and little by little, day by day, you will hopefully feel a little more ease and peace of mind. 🥰🥰

Thank you. I had heard of grief being connected to lungs, didn't know about self-worth connection etc. Interesting. Both points/ sides were sore (bronchitis at the moment with a possible allergic reaction), I've learned from Eden medicine that if it's sore, keep working at that point as gently or strongly as suits, to release any tenderness. I'm definitely going to use your technique again. I seem to be able to do only one side at a time at the moment, I hope that's ok.
Hi Janice, i only have a left lung and small section of right, just lately i feel like the right lung is suffering, i am making a lot of phlegm and feel pain just above left breast, i keep thinking it's maybe heart. i also feel very tired and fatigued. Doctors keep fobbing me off, i have lost faith in them now.
I'm sorry to hear that Kathleen. I hope that the acupressure points are helping but I would also encourage you to seek some Chinese medicine/acupuncture treatment. Also, if the doctors are fobbing you off then seek out a functional medicine doctor who will take a broader view of all factors which may be affecting your health. Best wishes, Janice.

Fabulous! I'm so pleased for you. Check out the latest one on Shanzhong (Ren 17) too, as this works very well with the two points in this video. 🙂

That’s perfect Barby. One side at a time is fine as once you’ve stimulated the point then the Qi flows through the channel to the other side anyway. 😊

very painful😊
Use a little less pressure so that you still stimulate the points but don't cause too much pain. These points can be quite sensitive in some people.
What about anger please, i am always angry and getting triggered
