      @@artcook1976 - Hey Art. Wow, good thoughts and being called a 'kid' ? Man, I take that as a compliment! Thank you sir! I have already cleaned up my diet immensely. 15 years of no trash food, no fast food, no white sugar or additives, no booze or tobacco either. I learned the hard way, after developing candidiasis, that we are what we eat for sure. I will certainly have to learn about this Valley of Happiness acupressure points. I also continue to learn Qigong as I go. Thanks again for sharing!

    Hi Janice thanks for the helpful video. Just wondering if you recommend any specific qigong for eye floaters? Thanks.

    • @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong
      @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      All of the exercises above can be of help but in terms of Chinese Medicine, eye floaters can be a symptom of "Blood Deficiency". I'd advise you to visit a Chinese Medicine/acupuncture practitioner who can help you with this. For more information you might find this article helpful: www.meandqi.com/symptoms/eye%20floaters. Also, if you haven't done so already, be sure to get your eye health checked with an optometrist. 🙂

      @@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong thank you that was very helpful. I've had my eyes checked so maybe it's a deficiency. I'll have to do more research and see if I can find a Chinese medicine. Plus I'll keep on doing the eye exercises too. Thanks again.

    All effective qi gong must include a breathing component an an "intention" component. The exercises here are simple and easy and doubtless good to address eyes. But do remember to breathe in the dan tien and focus your attention/intention on the movement.

    • @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong
      @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You're absolutely correct Charlie. Thank you for taking the time to add this helpful comment. There are many more videos on my channel showing the breathing and mind focus aspect of Qigong. If you go to my playlists you'll find one containing videos of only Qigong breathing and meditation methods. Best wishes, Janice.

      Shannon, Liver and Gallbladder are paired organ systems in Traditional Chinese Medicine so you can treat one through the other. Qigong methods and acupuncture points which benefit the Liver system will also benefit the Gallbladder system. However, what I'll do is make Gallbladder the topic of one of my next live Qigong lessons in the next few weeks. • @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong
      @JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, it's definitely worth a try as any Qigong exercises help create the conditions whereby the Qi can flow more freely and come into a natural, healthy order. It might take a while so please be patient with yourself. Also, it would be worth consulting with a Chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner as they may be able to help you too. I hope this improves for you soon as eye issues can be frustrating to manage. Best wishes, Janice.

    Hi Janice.
    Can i use this exercise when i have an wed macular degeneration and a high pressure in my eyes? The pressure is due to a mechanical pull because, the muscles do not work as they should. Will the exercise be able to increase blood flow too much? My liver is okay after I`ve used som Homeopatic drops.

      Hi Anette, It's always best to check with your doctor before any exercises and I would advise you do this just to be sure. Qigong is gentle but also powerful so it is best to be on the safe side and check that this is OK for your specific eye condition. Best wishes, Janice.
