    Oh my god. Massage therapy is legit. Thank you so much sir I did this massage for my mom for 10 minutes + her back and a deep burp came out and it's as if she was reborn. Her voice came back and her energy. This truly helped and I will be doing it for her everyday as her heart has been struggling

      Do it 2 to 3 times a day or even more if you can manage, you will start to feel a difference after a week or two weeks. Try do it while laying down with your chest raised up it’s more effective or even standing but raise your chest

    I try this and magnezijum in January till February for 6 week's and my heart arithmia was gone! After that I stop. But it's turning back after 5-6 month. I think we need to do this regularly. Even if you problems stops. Good video. Thanks really Thanks 👍

    I've been doing this for 1 year consistently. And starting from my 1st month doing this, my heart palpatitions were completely gone. Now I have been doing this for preventative purpose.

    May God bless you Master Shin! I have done this technique for the past three days and I feel much better! All these nerves and blood vessels and what not are definitely connected to one another and sometimes they need to be stimulated. This DID WORK for me.

    WOW 😮and WOW....did both sides once... just once...and wala....heart rate went from 141..to 85..... blood pressure dropped as well.. from 135/101..to 119/82... thank you for the info Master Shin.... really works

    I cant explain it but after doing these movements for a week or so my heart doesn't beat so hard that I feel it all the time.I had little palpitations and my heart doctor had me wear a monitor for awile and said he noticed no abnor,alities in its rhythm.I really think this actually does a great deal of good for your heart.Thank you so much,I really don't understand it but I think you made a believer out of me.       It works because our blood vessels can easily get clots resulting in restrictions and manlipulate the flow of our blood pressure. Most people live their lives with hundreds of clots all over their body because of daily activities(bumping into chairs, tables, hard objects, squating in awkward positions for too long..et cetera). As we age, our conditions get worse because of abnormal pressure of blood flow due to these tiny clots along blood vessels.
      Most people will age with weak hands and feet, because they never clear all the clots in their hands, forearms, biceps, thighs, feet, ankles, knees, and et cetera; you will be amazed at getting your strength back once you start clearing the clots.

      Interesting. I did a quick Google search on "clots all over the body" and couldn't find anything like what you're saying. Can you share where this information comes from?

      @@Goody2shzToo the information is based on personal experience. You can locate these clots of various sizes by moving your index finger along a vein while applying pressure; feel for roundish bumps along your veins. Clear clots by rubbing back and forth. Multiple sessions needed to clear the clot, results are individually based.
      A good location to start looking for clots are the back side of your knees. Feel around those veins, you will find them. Apply more pressure if needed to pinpoint deeper areas.

    I gotta hand it to you, Master Shin. The technique really worked. Slowly but surely my heart is healing itself every time I do it. I've had a heart problem since Thanksgiving 2016 and I didn't want to go through surgery. I prefer to go with natural remedies. I hope there are more videos aimed at healing yourself naturally!

    I just tried these exercises on both sides of my chest. After doing the a second time, I noticed that my grip felt very strong. Dr Shin said to try these exercise for a 4-8 week period and I will defo try to do so.
    Thanks to the good doctor for his generosity in sharing these ideas.

    I believe I have congestive heart failure and therefore sometimes my lungs feel like they don't want to breath at all. I exhale, then my reflexes stop for a while etc. This thing really helped. Especially the neck part. Thank you sir, thank you so much!

    I was diagnosed three weeks ago with a weakness on my left side of my heart and I did not pass my stress test so I wanted a second opinion so I had to go on doing your exercise each day within three weeks today I was told I have no damage I left my heart in a plaque in My arteries so thank you so this in prayer I am good to go it works

      I have severe atrial fibrillations. I will try this method and if it helps me, I will tell you and spread the video sooooo much. I do qi gong, zhineng Qi Gong, and this helped me already with a lot of issues, but my heart issue is a big problem now, making me weaker and weaker and wanting the doctors to take me medicine and make treatments that are frightenng me. so I give it a try.

    Thank you! This is amazing. I started practicing this and noticed these areas are very sore. I do have a heart problem and these points demonstrate to me that the nerves/lymph haven't been stimulated correctly and the energy is currently blocked. My sincere thanks, as I am hopeful that with this technique and right lifestyle I will be better.

      Eat healthy most of the time and there will be a difference but you can eat unhealthy but don't over do it maybe like a fruit when you wake up or when you start to exercise and make sure you get a Lot of sleep.

      The heart needs magnesium and potassium, go with Celtics salt instead table salt. 82 minerals in Celtics salt and Himalayan salt.

      Sylvia C. Hi. I’ve been using Himalayan salt for several years now and taking magnesium supplements,I got to purchase potassium as well . Avid eater of fruits and vegetables of all kinds but probably they are not enough because the nutritional value is slim,our fresh fruits and veggies are kept in warehouses and then in reefers,stores and then sold to us when they are already depleted of their properties,that’s why we need supplements,frozen veggies are the freshest.       @@georgemc5041 I am using magnesium glycinate from Amazon by naturebell this one is the most absorbing by our body,500 mg . I use potassium citrate 99 mg by Now amazon as well. Take the supplements daily and give plenty of time to have an effect on your heart.
      It’s been a year since I’ve used both and I am more stable now,way better.

    OMG .. For the past few days i've been suffering from this weird condition where u feel the need to take a deep breath but when try it's not satisfying and i keep on yawning .. I searches it and while i was doing my search i came across your video and did these exercises and immediately while doing it i felt the heat going through my body ..     Thank you master Shin, I feel so much better. I have been having abnormal hearbeats the last 3 days and couldnt even sleep. I been feeling deeply sad for the last three weeks cause of life and things that happened. I'm not sure if it is the feelings of sadness that caused it or stress but I feel better.     I've had neck and nerve issues for over a decade and when it's at its worse, I've noticed my anxiety levels higher and heart flutters. I always thought that it was related to pinched nerves and nerve irritation but doctors looked at me like I was crazy. I'm starting this now as I've done this similar type massage in the past and I had relief but didn't stick to it or knew how it was making me feel better. I'll keep this up now.     I have a relative who had a triple bypass operation, before he underwent the operation i asked him to do the exercise of Mr Shin but he was not able to do it because he felt so much pain in those areas. Then after a month of the triple operation I asked him again to touch those area but in his suprised the pain was gone. So, I believed that those areas are really connected to the heart and the exercises given by Mr Shin may really help if we will follow it religiously...

      You can't fix myocardial bridge it is a arteries little deep on the heart so everytime heart beat it will squish the arteries so this won't fix soo only surgery fix that this can fix other heart disease but not myocardial bridge !

    Hi!!! I found your video in a search I was doing. I was curious about it when I saw it was very short. I had been feeling angina all day. I have a daily routine I do with minerals and enzymes and a juiced concoction that usually keeps it at bay; but not today. I tried your exercise while I was watching your video. I felt very strange sensations...almost like dizziness when doing the one exercise inside the clavicle and the one at the big muscle in the shoulder at the neck. It alarmed me for a little bit...but within a minute or less I had no more angina! All I have to say is WOW! That's the craziest thing I have ever witnessed!! I will be continuing this to see how much of a difference it will make in the next 4 to 6 weeks! Thank you for posting such a great video!

      Marcia Miller Hi, i was wondering if you went to a doctor about your angina? it is very dangerous to let that go, I have heart disease and i didnt have any angina to warn me of a heart attack if your still having angina go get checked save yourself, I ended up having a quadruple bipass surgery only symtom i had was discomfort in my armpit that traveled into my thoat and made my throat glands pound in pain the doctors for yrs thought i had acid reflux they were dead wrong! so go get checked hon.       Thank you for your concern!! No I don't have that any more because it was due to being Magnesium deficient. I now take a whole host of supplements for that and just function in general.     I have been doing these exercises three days now. The first time I did the clavicle muscle, I felt the tingling in my fingers you described. now after a few days I no longer feel that sensation when I do them. Because of that I apply more pressure in search of the tingling sensation, but now my clavicle muscle is sore now. My question is, is it normal not to feel the tingling after doing these exercises for a few days,or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Master Chin, glad you produce this video. Currently I am having some stress and numbing at my back, both hands as well as lightheadedness. Its happening since last night and repeating within 12 hours. Then happen again for the 3rd time in 6 hours. I took a pill of Brilinta a day since 2015 and need to continue until the rest of my life. Yet practicing LCHF too.
    After seeing your video and following the instruction, thank God. The pain gone just like that!! 😘😘😘. Sure I will continue the same instruction for myself and help others at the same time.
