I got this GPU inside my Lenovo Ideapad laptop. In my case it's intergrated in the i5 8300h 4c/8t processor. Can definitely play some games at 900p res.
Expected better in fortnite and worse in apex legends. Overall, the card is quite good for playing older games and games like minecraft and some esports titles (casually) like csgo. Also Kryzzp, I am also going to Spain next week, and Portugal! Hope you have fun there and have the amazing break from video games!😀
im stuck for now with uhd 730 and in valorant it performs surprisingly good - 150-200 fps but it feels laggy when a lot of abilities used at the same time
@Lurch7861 yep. My old pc i7 4770 + rx 470 + 16gb ram ran apex on high 1080p smooth when vsync on 60hz monitor. When i unlock it, its capable doing 70-90 but it feels laggy and those microstutter is torture

The day you uploaded this video is the day my RX 470 died :(. Now I'm using Intel UHD 630. Except it is from my i3 10100. What a coincidence. I felt very lucky because I still have some older games that I can play with this IGPU such as NFS Underground.
I have an i5 10400 with UHD630 graphics and used it to play games for about a year before getting a 1650. I went from 15fps-Low to 60fps-Ultra in Fallout 4 overnight.
18:29 That was my experience when I had to use the HD 630 in my i7 7700K when my GTX 970 died beyond repair. Now I have a GTX 1650 GDDR6 and I'm very happy with it.
2:20 It's not shaders count, it's numbers of execution units, originally UHD 630 has 192 shaders, this is GPU-Z's problem, it's generally being on Intel GPU's.

Not the worst thing in the world, especially compared to the earlier Intel iGPUs. Would you ever test the i5-10600k? I'm curious how it holds up to the more contemporary CPUs.
It's a weird option for a lot of games. Mainly because it's not like it's "so bad" or can't run games that aren't to demanding, it's more that it just doesn't handle its lack of vram very well and DEVOURS every last bit of your cpu's ram..
PSA: Most of you running a UHD 630 on Win11 are likely experiencing some BSOD. Rest assured, your hardware is not faulty. Windows 11 is the culprit here. I have found out that by random, your session will suddenly freeze, the screen will turn black, and then things will resume as normal. If you go into device manager, you'll find out that Win11 has reverted your current driver to a stock version 26 driver. On occasion, you may be using the current 31 driver, get a BSOD, and then the above may happen at any given moment. You'll also find that even with this stock v26 driver, it will still BSOD. Using the driver on your mobo's website will have the same effect. Simply, UHD 630 is having a very terrible compatibility issue with Windows 11. I have since reverted back to Win10 version 1909 (the last useful version of Win10 before things went downhill).
And yes if you got the free version you don’t have to even pay a single penny, they literally are giving you free access to an Nvidia card but it won’t change your pc in any ways, it’s all virtual but you can still enjoy nice graphics and good fps

That's my CPU ! I ran the iGPU on Cities:Skylines , 1080p low with medium textures and anti - aliasing + anisotropic filtering, got 20 fps most of the time. 15 to 25 fps depending on where on the map

The UHD630 in the 8700K with 3200CL14 dimms is great for games like HALF-LIFE 2 Episodes 1 and 2 for 1080p60 maxed out. It also runs Resident Evil HD at 1080p30 maxed out. Try the UHD770 for GTAV 1080p60 with high quality. Yes, you can run GTAV at 1080p60 with an Intel iGPU. You just need a 12th Gen Intel i5 and up.

You just need to overclock RAM to 3600Mhz on K-proccessor (if it`s only h-chipset - try to lock at 2666mhz and downgrade timings at UEFI). While you downgraded CL-timings at least at 10 or 12 first CL - FPS will be stable. For example in Dota 2 i had 100 fps at low settings, but frametime was stable even in hardcore fights. Less CL-timings you`ll set - more fps you`ll get.

@@ANGRY-_-WOLF my family's laptop had that CPU. Sadly, faulty thermal sensor caused it to only run at 800 MHz unless intel speedstep is disabled (forcing constant 2,40 GHz). Also, it's 2 cores with that one.
@@ANGRY-_-WOLF I actually do have intel hd 4600 in my i5 4570, it runs bf3 amd bf 4 at 720p low 40-60 fps, mobile chips are significantly weaker thanks to the low amount of power they get from laptop batteries and yeah it's no fun to play with 20fps.
I have i3 10th gen with UHD 360, and was getting just 45 avg fps, with 20 min in VALORANT. Really bad experience. But now, Thanks to you, I'm able to get full 75 fps (monitor max) on the game. (Distortion, Bloom and cast shadows were on)

I was stuck with this particular IGPU for months with my 10850k build. It's decent for Fallout: New Vegas, which was enough for me before I finally nabbed a non-scalped 3070.
To answer the question of If i'd play pubg/cp2077 like that, it depends on expectations. If I still had my old gt 740m powered laptop, definetly yes. I used to play apex at 30-40 fps at 504p, you basically have no other choice and I don't wanna say that you get used to playing at low fps, but you definetly manage to enjoy the game, if it's at least staying around 30. Right now, I definetly wouldn't. I have a 3060ti and am used to maxing out my games as soon as they're finished downloading. I never have to tweak settings, everything runs BUTTERY smooth and honestly I'm never going back to low end

That igpu is probably better than most people think. Depends on cooling core count plus driver because I got the i5 6500 gpu and it delivers bad ass quality in 1080p but these pc games are crappily made and don’t utilize the gpus vram correctly. My gpu can suck 10gb from the 20 gb ddr4 the pc have. i wonder why. Open world games are killing the experience because they seem to be badly made or not willing to use the igpu vram correctly. but some of the emulators seem to use it correctly and they rock as much as new console graphics. but i prefer ios games and android since there the igpu is the best of all

Possible to test Gtx 880m? You never tested gtx 8xxm series that are exclusive to laptops. We would haopy to see you testing laptops with GTX 860m, 870m and 880m You have to find: Asus Rog G750 Or Alienware 17 Both of them will have gtx 880m, if you search them properly.

You can also disable shadows in apex and at 720 with a uhd g1 I get around the same fps

ITs not a gt card though, and its need a 4pin power connector , and theres no low profile varient, and its $230 the same price as the gtx 1650.
And also a Rx 6600 is similar enough in price that it's only $50 more or a gtx 1660 or rtx 2060 if you prefer Nvidia

You can play every AAA or non AAA games released till 2014 in a UHD630.

rtx 2060 is still very good it can even compete with the 3050 and 3060 but only the 12 gb variant since the 6 gb one is bad

Is it possible to test the i5 660? Its my old pc's cpu and it would be interesting seeing it play modern games
If paired with a gpu like GT 1030 it can play a few games like gta v and bf4.
@Narkomancers yeah it does bottleneck gt 1030 but it yields a playable gaming experience in games such as CS GO and GTA V and even dota II.

You just need to overclock RAM to 3600Mhz on K-proccessor (if it`s only h-chipset - try to lock at 2666mhz and downgrade timings at UEFI). While you downgraded CL-timings at least at 10 or 12 first CL - FPS will be stable. For example in Dota 2 i had 100 fps at low settings, but frametime was stable even in hardcore fights. Less CL-timings you`ll set - more fps you`ll get.
There are a lot more timings besides tCL that can make big impacts too
And how low they can go depends heavily on the IC and voltage tolerances

@@ANGRY-_-WOLF my family's laptop had that CPU. Sadly, faulty thermal sensor caused it to only run at 800 MHz unless intel speedstep is disabled (forcing constant 2,40 GHz). Also, it's 2 cores with that one.
@@ANGRY-_-WOLF I actually do have intel hd 4600 in my i5 4570, it runs bf3 amd bf 4 at 720p low 40-60 fps, mobile chips are significantly weaker thanks to the low amount of power they get from laptop batteries and yeah it's no fun to play with 20fps.
I have i3 10th gen with UHD 360, and was getting just 45 avg fps, with 20 min in VALORANT. Really bad experience.
But now, Thanks to you, I'm able to get full 75 fps (monitor max) on the game. (Distortion, Bloom and cast shadows were on)
Let's face it no matter how good is the gpu if it fails the sound test it aint worth it

To answer the question of If i'd play pubg/cp2077 like that, it depends on expectations. If I still had my old gt 740m powered laptop, definetly yes. I used to play apex at 30-40 fps at 504p, you basically have no other choice and I don't wanna say that you get used to playing at low fps, but you definetly manage to enjoy the game, if it's at least staying around 30. Right now, I definetly wouldn't. I have a 3060ti and am used to maxing out my games as soon as they're finished downloading. I never have to tweak settings, everything runs BUTTERY smooth and honestly I'm never going back to low end

That igpu is probably better than most people think. Depends on cooling core count plus driver because I got the i5 6500 gpu and it delivers bad ass quality in 1080p but these pc games are crappily made and don’t utilize the gpus vram correctly. My gpu can suck 10gb from the 20 gb ddr4 the pc have. i wonder why. Open world games are killing the experience because they seem to be badly made or not willing to use the igpu vram correctly. but some of the emulators seem to use it correctly and they rock as much as new console graphics. but i prefer ios games and android since there the igpu is the best of all

i have used a i3-8100 + UHD 630 + 8gb ram since 2018 and still use the same pc till this day, 10-40 fps is playable imo
