Kryzzp, in the windows settings page search for "performance" and there should be an option that says "Adjust the appearance and performance of windows". In the advanced tab, you can assign 'virtual ram' by dedicating space from the hard drive. I wonder what performance improvement it would give in a situation like this, or if it only helps with caches or something. It would be interesting to experiment! :D Have a good weekend brother.
For the ones that will actually run, I'm betting the 2400MHz DDR4 and SSD combo are doing a helluva lot better than my 8 gigs of 1337MHz DDR3 (and HDD) could ever dream of doing. :P
The HDD will run fine once you have enough Ram to not use the pagefile. SSD boot drives are amazing though, but for running the games, currently no games runs any different on an SSD, it's just load times, but that may change in a year or 2, Stalker 2 will require an SSD

@@enricofermi3471 so what should I do, you waste your money in 64gb if useless ramz never would you get even above the usage of 20gb ram while gaming
@@beataoo you need 32gb+ if you are doing editing, for example, though.
@@MrOnion-js1ls the fuck you talking about, i am doing good editing with every app closed in background in 8gb ram, that is only for supercomputing or heavy graphical designing etc not for video editing
@@beataoo 8 gb is fine for 720p or 1080p editing but for 4k editing even 16gb is often not enough. And for 6k 32gb is the minimum.

Imagine the rig he is using is the only thing you have access to and you can't upgrade it.
Torturous.
The high amount of VRAM of the Graphics Card is used and the RAM is ignored. You need to use a Graphics Card with low amount of VRAM to show stuttering.
This video shows very well that people dont need high amount of RAM if it is replaced by a high amount of VRAM =)
True, when there's not enough VRAM, your pc starts using RAM to compensate which creates stuttering since RAM is much slower than VRAM.
I'm surprised with the amount modern games that still run fine with 4gb of ram.
