is this tech stating that the complete housing with new bub is the operation - that can't be true - 0r is nissan in the grand scheme create a sealed unit where the bulb is non removal for replacement ? I would not put it pass them to do just that..

I can buy teim removal tools from AutoZone . its just 5 minutes walking from home -_-
