This is true not only in Pennsylvania but also throughout the United States and in most parts of the civilized world. " Jun 19, 2023 - Penn State Extension. This from a Colorado pest control company: "People say, “We don’t have tarantulas in Colorado!” Well we don’t usually… “Can you please send someone over right away. We have tarantulas in our produce section!” exclaimed the agitated grocery store manager. “And may I speak to someone. It’s urgent. We have frightened customers! One of them is causing a huge scene. We’ve got to do something quickly!” Tom listened to the store manager anxiously described the situation. “I am happy to get right over to your store,” he replied. “However, I highly doubt you have tarantulas. Sometimes, people see wolf spiders, which can actually get fairly large, and think they are tarantulas. Not to worry. I’ll be right over.” Dressed in plain clothes so he wouldn’t further alarm any of the customers, Tom conducted a thorough search of the banana section. Sure enough, he found a tarantula. The poor thing had hitched a very long ride all the way from the much warmer, tropical regions of Central America. He must have been snug and secure traveling such a long distance, nestled between the bananas. Very carefully Tom removed the creature, placed it in a grocery store baggie and carefully brought it in for all the pest control geeks in the office to admire and observe. The tarantula actually didn’t last long, probably due to the effects of such a long journey. We actually we do have mini tarantulas in southeastern Colorado but, as a general rule, we don’t have them in the Denver Metro area.

I see you call it an E Brake. I assume that is Emergency Brake. Here in Australia, it is called a Hand Brake, and it is always used whenever a car is parked. We do not rely just on putting a car in park.
I never turn the steering wheel unless my car is in motion. I just think there is less stress on components like ball joints etc. I cringe when someone turns the wheel until it hits the stops 😮
I try to do the same now too, although I have to parallel park my car in tight spots always, so this is difficult. I just had to replace my left axle which had a similar but more apparent sound (at least from my ears). I still hear a subtle noise though, but it is much softer and less often. So yeah short story long, I don’t want to put any unnecessary wear on those joints with turning without the car in motion.

Sorry and not sorry if I triggered you- I've created jobs and ask and get new employees all the time. And your comment has zero contribution to my point anyways.
Anyway we can convince you to do a video on getting a new car? Say you work a job you cannot miss, and your looking for something say under 20k, could you compare getting an older Toyota vs like a mitsubishi mirage or nissan versa brand new? Supposedly the mirage is very reliable and has the 10 year warranty right out of the gate. Thanks!
most Gallardo owners delete them because buying a RWD Gallardo is almost double the price now and the AWD system is known to cause issues and fixing it is obscenely expensive - like the cost of replacing the engine and transmission level of expense. RWD conversions are affordable, and you gain a little bit of power because you eliminated friction losses from removing the axles and driveshaft that go to the front diff. Some even go the distance by removing the front diff entirely also. You're losing 25-30% of your power through parasitic friction losses just driving the front diff vs going RWD only that has 15-17% friction losses. The Huracan has a significantly better and more reliable AWD system than the Gallardo, and people are putting over 2000hp through them without issue other than upgrading the clutch pack.
you do realize Valentino Balboni, the famous Lambo test driver who has shaped the driving experience of every Lambo produced over 40 years, created a special edition of the Gallardo in his preferred spec: RWD. check the forums, plenty of owners say the conversion makes the car feel way more nimble and agile, easier on the clutch, and lighter. All that weight, extra drivetrain resistance, and force going through your steering knuckles isn’t worth the few times AWD actually benefits you.
@@Orcinus1967 You would have to drive them both yourself and share your honest driving impressions before I'd even consider asking you to removing a comment.
Interesting with the caliper. Here in Australia we had Ford EA falcons that had 2 degrees of castor. Withe the 1992 model change EB falcon they got upgraded to 4 degrees of castor. We all of a sudden we’re getting the same type of noise. With a Supercars aggressive castor angle you will get a fore and aft rotation of the tyre while steering right and left. The pad gets a bit of wear where it mounts and can move fore and aft in the caliper. Notice it would only do the noise once per steering movement. As mechanics we received extra stainless steel shims to install to stop the pads moving. Also note it’s on the passenger side of the car. The passenger side of the car goes deeper into corners and generates more G forces than the drivers side. For example a left turn in the USA is a big turn and a right turn is a smaller radius so less forces. Here in Aus it’s all opposite. Great vid good sir. Do you think they’ve ruined the cars value by the front drive mod ?

@@blar2112 i suppose that’s true if it’s rear-biased or something similar for balance. It would help to rocket out of corners on less grippy street tires. The tire wear might suffer a little bit like on performance Teslas
It sounds like the rotor is not fully seated and is moving back and forth. I heard a similar noise one time when my brother forgot to tighten the lug nuts of the car. With all the mods it may not have a factory rotor and that might be the problem.
The popping sound from the front axle is a very common problem with the wheel bearings. Its because of "micro play". The Audi A8 D3 Chassis has the same Problem. Replace wheel bearings and it will disappear. You cant feel this micro play with your hands.

No I own a pest control company
@@michaelkackThere must be a lot of pests in SD and the Black Hills.
@@diemman70 Pests tend to be hitchhikers. A prime example would be German cockroaches, "The German cockroach is a widely distributed urban pest. It is also the most common cockroach species in houses, apartments, restaurants, hotels, and other institutions. This is true not only in Pennsylvania but also throughout the United States and in most parts of the civilized world. " Jun 19, 2023 - Penn State Extension.
This from a Colorado pest control company:
"People say, “We don’t have tarantulas in Colorado!” Well we don’t usually…
“Can you please send someone over right away. We have tarantulas in our produce section!” exclaimed the agitated grocery store manager. “And may I speak to someone. It’s urgent. We have frightened customers! One of them is causing a huge scene. We’ve got to do something quickly!”
Tom listened to the store manager anxiously described the situation. “I am happy to get right over to your store,” he replied. “However, I highly doubt you have tarantulas. Sometimes, people see wolf spiders, which can actually get fairly large, and think they are tarantulas. Not to worry. I’ll be right over.”
Dressed in plain clothes so he wouldn’t further alarm any of the customers, Tom conducted a thorough search of the banana section.

So yeah short story long, I don’t want to put any unnecessary wear on those joints with turning without the car in motion.
so it came for check engine and customer didnt say anything about the tune before you accepted it? is this correct?

Imagine deleting AWD for less traction as a preference. AWD is way cooler and handles much better.
It also adds weight, increases the cost of the vehicle, adds mechanical complexity as well as added costs of having to maintain such a complicated drivetrain. I don't understand the need for it in locations that don't have rain, ice, or snow traction issues. Smart owners will generally keep these in heated garages during inclement weather. Seriously, do you want to take a chance on some idiot in a cheap KIA plowing directly into your six figure supercar just because they were high, wanted to do burnouts on icy streets and plowed their cheap Korean iron straight into your precious supercar?

Deleted the 4WD??? The brain cells are few in that one.
Not necessarily. Still though, I would have just bought the 2WD version in the first place.
most Gallardo owners delete them because buying a RWD Gallardo is almost double the price now and the AWD system is known to cause issues and fixing it is obscenely expensive - like the cost of replacing the engine and transmission level of expense.
I would remove my comment if 2 people proved how much better the car is in 2WD.
@@Orcinus1967 You would have to drive them both yourself and share your honest driving impressions before I'd even consider asking you to removing a comment.
whats the custom coat hanger on drivers side by suspension?
Forget the Lambo I like to see that Buick Grand national over there lol
I’ve heard Lamborghini employees pronounce Gallardo with the hard L’s

Imagine crippling a Gallardo so you can do burnouts...
Could be for weight savings and more playful rear end, not necessarily for just doing burnouts. But I agree, I wouldn't do that either. I'd just buy the 2 wheel drive version in the first place.
