Tried contacting you on multiple platforms. Im a certified tech for these cars and know pretty much everything about it. It's pretty easy to fix all your issues. Theboil leak may be a rear main seal. The motor unplugged is not what you were told. The issue with the touchscreen not selecting the blower motor is the hvac control module, but you still may have a blower motor issue.
As for a missing under pannel, its not missing. Nothing should be there. The wheel shake is caused by the bushings, very common issue.

There’s a company called Karma Automotive in Moreno Valley, California that bought all of the Fisker assets. They reassembled the assembly line and built the Karma Revero which was essentially the Fisker Karma with a new name. They updated some of the electronics and offered services to Fisker Karma owners to have software updated to eliminate the harsh lag on the touchscreen. I don’t know if they are still in business but they may be able to help with the lag issue.
Also I was told that suspension was built to pass crash tests and was purposely built to be overkill because Henrik had government loans granted to him and had limited time to get the car built and he wanted to make sure it was beefed up so it would pass crash testing. Henrik was planning on eventually reducing the weight but the company went bankrupt before that happened.
The company I work for sent me to the Karma plant in Moreno Valley to help get their assembly line up and running and I was able to drive one of those. It’s a weird car because it’s huge on the outside but very small on the inside.

If you were driving all highway, it doesn't surprise me that it didn't make the advertised range. My 2017 Chevy Volt was the same way. The advertised all-electric range was 53 miles and for in-town driving, I'd gotten over 70 at times, but on the highway, the range dropped to mid-to-low-40s (for 75-80 mph). EVs are exactly opposite of gas cars in that regard. Because of the brake/coast regeneration, your city "mileage" is significantly better than highway.

As an automotive engineer, palpable irony if not comedy, that Fisker created an automobile for 'exclusivity' based upon excessive complexity that proves to be a reliability catastrophe.
The automotive space is so difficult to compete in. If Fisker took the same beautifully sculpted bodywork and installed a Chevy LS 450 hp NA Camaro driveline it would be utterly reliable, much faster due to lower weight and be $20K+ cheaper at purchase, but it wouldn't be that exotic and hence there wouldn't be a need to market it at an elevated price or even be that special. So clueless people...sorry Hoovie, your business model is different from the average Fisker buyer...will buy a Fisker and scratch their dumb heads wondering why a car of this ilk at its pricepoint isn't reliable long term or worth anything.

I have a b207 ecotec engine (very similar to yours), and one thing that is guaranteed to fail and cause an oil leak is the pcv valve. It is a check valve with a rubber flap in it which dries out over time, this causes high pressure in the crankcase which creates oil leaks. Just replaced mine, you need to remove the intake manifold which is a pain in the ass but no more oil leaks now and the engine runs better. If you find the valve cover gasket to be hard i can almost guarantee the pcv valve is also in need of replacing.

You _might_ actually get tips and tricks on increasing the battery range from the Chevy Volt forums since the battery pack in these I think has similar lineage with the first Chevy Volt prototypes (Continental/A123 Systems). You might be able to rebalanced the cells with GM tools, or another way they do it with the Volt is put it on blocks and just let it roll in Drive while in EV mode (without applying the accelerator pedal so the gas engine never kicks in with 1 mile of range left) and just let it fall below minimum state of charge for a time (which I guess also balances the cells without a visit to a dealer). My Volt with 90K miles has experienced about 6% in range loss although I rarely discharge it completely.

I actually drove a HHR with the 2.2 and it had the same oil leak from the VVT solenoids. The stock ones would go bad around 100k miles, and the leak started when I replaced them. The new ones are a bit too small. On the HHR the oil just leaked down the engine and not on the exhaust so there was no smoke. I actually thought a little bit of external oil might be helpful against rust or salt corrosion. It was the real McCoy as far as I was concerned, haha.

What I don't like about plug in hybrids is the idea of plugging it in everyday. Seems exhausting.

You’d think being a trailer would help out with issues like this.

The Hoovie phenomenon is fading. I've learned from Hoovie that TH-cam stardom is like any other brand of popularity, it comes and it goes.

No one will watch a DIY video in 5 years. Sure. No one will collect cars in 5 years. Bet on it. No one will have a reason to watch Hoovie, and all his subscribers will remember to unsubsribe. Right.

As for your blower motor, if it has failed know that electric motors are commonly rebuilt. Usually they need new bearings. Worst case is rewinding the windings. Replacement is necesaary when the magnets are custom and cracked. Just drop it off and be surprised when it gets easily repaired.
I always wanted a Karma. Enjoying your videos. Thanks!
