    Hi doctor,
    I am also physiotherapy student, good to see such a well explained video.
    I have neck pain on occipital region left side, sometimes it feels like pain sometimes unknown feeling. It radiates to elbow and hand on ipsilateral side. Neurosurgeon has diagnosed it disc degenerative changes what's your thoughts on it? Kindly reply it has been 2 years i can't find the solution.

    Hello sir mere husband k thigh area and back p bhut pain hota h..yeh pain morning m to nhi hota lekin sote time yeh pain bhut bhd jata h or nind nhi aati..bhut se Drs ko dikha chuke h wo just pain relief medicine dedete h..jisse nind aajati h but 2 months se unko koi relife nhi mil rha mri bhi krwai h sb normal aata h but pain km nhi ho rha
