@@MurtuzaHussain-x9j Grand Central Park is an amazing masterplanned community! The developer, Johnson Development, is an amazing developer. You can’t go wrong there! Great school district, prime location being only 5 miles from The Woodlands, and amazing amenities. Make sure you use an agent, even if you are building. The sales agents at the model homes work for the builders. You want to make sure you have an agent representing you, negotiating for you, and looking out for your best interest. I would be happy to help, if you don’t already have an agent.
Where would you recommend a freshly graduated undergrad looking to explore psychology and fitness ? I really enjoy the peace and quiet as someone who is from Virginia, but I would love to get out of my comfort zone ! (as long as it's safe haha).
@@IIAMWHOIAM Hi there! I would highly recommend living “inside the inner loop”. That means living in the city, inside the 610 loop. There is so much to do! Restaurants, lounges, local gyms, parks with trails that people run.
@@darronrbrown_ Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. If you want to be close to the city, I would suggest Pearland or Sugar Land. They are both a straight shot to the city, about 15 minutes away.

What about Humble, Kingwood & Spring?
Those are all great suburbs as well! I always sell homes in those areas.
@@nicoleellisonrealtor Which of those areas has least flooding? I'm interested on Kingwood but the only thing I'm afraid of is the flood🥴
