I live in No. 1 Cinco Ranch! It is very nice out here on the westside of Houston. We're sort of in the extended Katy, TX area. Yes we had to deal with Hurricanes Harvey and more recently Beryl. We recovered from both. Make sure you have flood insurance!
Honorable mention - Bridgeland community in Cypress Tx, north west of Houston. It is an up and coming master planned community built by the same developers as The Woodlands.
A lot of factual errors. (I've lived in Houston since 1977.) Also some of the "neighborhoods" are 20 and 30 miles from "downtown' and are as much a part of Houston as Bedminster, New Jersey is to New York City, or as Palo Alto, CA is San Francisco, CA.
Why would anyone want to move to an area that floods? At the 9:00 minute mark you show a neighborhood that's under water, but still talk it up as being an area that everyone loves! Your presentation has lost all credibility!!!
The Heights, Montrose, and Museum District are THE locations for those who value the minimization of car dependency and proximity to cultural amenities. None are mentioned in this video.
Those areas are overpriced , not so family friendly and get hit hard by our storms every time. I prefer to live safely in the trees with acreage and visit downtown when I’m in the mood.
Too much crime, too many scammers and con artists in Houston and the law enforcement doesn't seem to care. Glad I escaped with only having my truck stolen out of my driveway. Anyone needing home security do not go with AAA Guardian Security. They are horrible as well. I only lived there 2 years and I could write a book based off all my bad experiences with scammers and shady businesses
Such a great video!
Houston, Texas
I wish all good things for houston tx for ever .
Great video! The city has a space for All!!
Great video but might not be the best idea to show your number flooded 9:01

What is the "Bayeu City" at 0:08?
Houston. "Bayou City" is it's nickname. There are Bayous all in and around the city to help control heavy rainfalls. Houston is a flat low lying city.
🚘🇨🇱 Very informative!‼️ Thanks!‼️

exactly my thoughts!
I was like, “is this a video of a flooded city”? 😂
Nice
Why do you show Hill Country pictures….. that area is more than 200 miles away, near Austin/San Antonio ….. just wondering.
Over half of the photos in the video did not accurately depict the areas discussed .
This video keeps showing the University of Texas in Austin. The information is incorrect.
Great Information Video, Subs You
Thanks for the sub!
Bay-u city. How to lose all your credibility at the start. University Place is not in SE Houston. Who wrote this?

A median income of around $260.000. Is that correct?
I’ll never be able to afford to live in Houston lol unless I work in the refinery
Learn how to pronounce "bayou." It is pronounced BYE you, not BAY you.
narrator is an AI robot.
It comes from the Native American word "bayuk". See, now everyone is learning.
Did he say, “Bay You” city??

ROBOT narrator
