The second one you showed from england is by a company called Stratton, they made hundreds of beautiful designs - look on ebay uk!

I feel like this would be so much easier and faster if you mixed this in a glass about the size of a shot glass or bigger. Then you can really get in there and make sure it’s mixed really well.

I got them most of them from ebay but I've found some on Etsy and local antique stores. I would type in " silver vintage compact " to narrow your search.

Does adding alcohol to powder foundation change the coverage or feel of the foundation ???
Not coverage unless you put too much in but the feel could be softer depending on the amount added
