Awesome, fun video! You inspired me to fill my grandmother's vintage compact and it turned out great! Thank you!😊
I just love your energy and charm, and this how-to is very helpful, thank you for posting.
I do have to say though, darlin'.... it's COAT-ee, not COT-ee.
As for your compacts, they're GORJ, and you're as cute as a button. :)
I love this idea so much!😍 Thank you!!!
I’m new to you channel and loved this video. This was EXACTLY everything I was looking for and more. Have a lovely week. 💖
i am just starting to use face makeup and wanted some airspun, but i didn’t know i could refill grandma’s compacts with it! i can’t wait to do this! ps we have the same initials! xx
Wow! Awesome video! You gave me the inspiration to create one as well. I have just cleaned up my 1930s vintage brass compact casing from Richard Hudnut. I will transfer my Silky face powder to it. Thank you for sharing your video! From: Singapore..😊
Do you find the alcohol drying once the compact is used?
Clever!
You are absolutely adorbs!!!! Can you do a lipstick refill video too?
You know, I’m so tired of trying to find refills for my Stratton. I have pressed eyeshadows, so I’m not sure why this never occurred to me. Thanks
Can I use a pressed face powder to refill my vintage compact and how do I do that?
You can! Max factor crème puff and rimmel stay matte powders still fit in vintage Stratton or kigu compacts. Otherwise you can crush it and repress it in your compact with rubbing alcohol
KOH-TEE
What about refilling a lipstick
Just to let you know, it’s pronounced Coe tee not cot tee. They also used to produce fragrances. Wish they would bring them back. My grandmother used Coty since she was in 30’s.
I apologize if it came off as rude. But, to embrace the vintage, we should pronounce the brands correctly.
Coat-ee. Not coddy.
