The number one ingredient that can make or break your showing is your own energy. People are drawn to positive vibes, and repealed by negative ones. Love your vibe Von.💗👍

Hey Von! As a customer, I appreciate your elevated displays and your ample inventory with breathing space. Your booth looks beautiful - love your leather single & multi-necklace displays. Love your ingenuity - tray riser feet made from scrap wood. And your tips & tricks, words of wisdom & pep talk, and generous creative soul are all priceless gifts (even for us non-vendor folk :) Thank you!

You don't know how much I needed this! I've been searching TH-cam for ideas to help with displaying my creations in a successful way. Granted it takes time. But so so long I did a single layer table display that just was not grabbing attention. (Yesterday for example, I have so many items I really needed 6 takes to display, table level). It is something I am slowly working on which is difficult on a disability budget, but so many of your display ideas are show stopper ideas. Love how you use the wire shelving. And the Velcro! You are the Velcro queen! I love it! I ruined so many displays using glue. I don't have wood to make the riser feet for the trays but I do have foam core boards, and craft sticks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now to show my hubby!

Yvonne, the very first video of yours I watched was the Dragon Eye tutorial you did using nail polish I believe it was. Fascinating by the way. Absolutely enjoy your art, your beautiful way of sharing how to or not to do things, but mostly the love of art and the coolest outlook on the way to be successful not only in business but life. This great grandma holds you in high regard dear Young One. Thank you and be always blessed!✌️💞💡🙏👏👏👏🙃

This is exactly what I needed to see and hearing you talk about thieves is perfect. That is why I have not done any shows. I have real gemstones and they would walk away to easy. You are so creative with everything. Thank you. And I love your teaching skills as well as your personality. Good luck to another artist that loves what we do.

Haven't put myself out there yet, but gained many good tips and advise from you and some others. This video was really comprehensive and very engaging. I thank you for sharing your expertise in marketing, displaying and so many great tips. I can totally relate to the comment if one were financially set but wanting to continue creating. I am sure if I could not create I'd surely go mad. For the artist it is our lifeblood.

I’m getting ready for my first show. Well, I was actually ready when covid hit, I made a huge decision to do what I loved and I rearranged my life to hit the road and bounce from festival to festival and I jumped in with both feet. So, My fee for my 1st show was returned to me when covid hit and shut everything down. Now, For some reason my confidence isn’t where it was when I booked that show 3 years ago. I’m still super excited about it and ready to have some fun. I’ve just had 3 years to think about it. Now I’m nervous Lol. Your displays are definitely how I visioned it and now I have everything figured out for me. Lol. Down to the masking tape! Love it!! Thank you thank you. I want my booth to be unique and as classy as possible and sister you’re the best I’ve seen. I’m definitely stealing these ideas. I watch your videos all the time! You make everything look so easy and you’re not afraid to show that you’re human. That helps me so much. So, You are definitely going with me on this journey so buckle up! Let’s see where this goes!! Thanks so very much

One option you might consider for power, is a portable power generator, such as the Jackery. That was the first thing that came to my mind as you were talking about lighting, even before you started talking about power.

Von, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I can't tell you Thank you enough for sharing this information. I have done 5 or so shows and then the pandemic. I do have displays, but I love your wire "boxes", and putting the black inside your earring display - game changer! Love the way you clip your boards up so you can get to them easily from the back side. Just amazing. I hope to get out and do some shows this year. I am working on inventory and honestly trying to figure out what I like to make. I love your work and keep on keeping on. Thank you!

This is a great video Von. I learnt a lot from this. I love the little feet that you made to elevate the back of some of the displays. I absolutely love the black felt or foam board in the middle of the earring rack. Love, love that one and overall some really great information on lighting, organizing, things to keep an eye out on ie.. how to make things more visual from the back of your booth. I just overall think this is a great video, probably one of the best believe it or not. Thank you for sharing that very valuable informationu.🙏👍

Oh Von, what impeccable timing! My Mom's (not "her" association, but just the one she belongs to, LOL) art association has given me permission to put a display of earrings and bracelets in my Mom's booth, and I've been racking my brain trying to decide how to set it up. This has given me some great ideas--thank you, and I hope Randy's wrists are doing much better now! Love this!

Fabric Tac glue would hold the velcro to the wood. I used it to even glue wood pieces together and it held really well. The glue is super sticky and sets quickly. Fabric Tac is not just for fabric.

I really like the black background in the round earing stands. It really makes the earrings pop. Thank you for this video. While I have done a lot of shows I still learned so much from you. I have so many questions. I have had a lot of people say I should have my jewelry mounted on cards. I am not sure if I like that or not. It reduces your display space significantly but it does look professional. Also how does the leather stand up to weather in out door events? I like the look of it but am concerned about how it would survive moisture and or heat.

Getting some grids right now! haha- they're so versatile! As Silver asked- would like to know some of the ways you deal with wind. Had to leave a show after losing my tent and fearing losing my inventory next (I make jewelry using them tiny seed beads- it's stupidly light!). Would like to find a way to prevent this happening again. Have some ideas with using the Grids and magnets- but wondering what all you have tried effectively: )- Thanks so much for all you do and share with us

Did you buy Chainmail Joe - Complete Chainmail Tutorial / It looks like a great book . sorry for so many questions . I know for tablecloths, restaurants use weights on the ends of tablecloths so they don't fly off in the wind. on the cone-shaped necklace displays, you can glue a weight inside (same for blacetes displays like hers) or attach a clip to the grid like she did. Now about the rings displays I don't know how to make them not fly, unless the pieces are rings with heavy stones in them, then they won't fly. xD
