Thank you Rabbi, this tlak brought tears to my eyes as what you say is so true. Your teacher lives on in you- and the best teachers help you to become a teacher as well.

Rabbi, I enjoy your teachings. I came to you with an opened mind because I heard so many negative things about your culture and people that I decided to embrace your teachings objectively. My thoughts after listening to this episode is
Life is like a game of death played by the living. The leaders are protected while the followers are sacrificial lambs for what is called the greater good.

Leaders around the globe have replaced governance with administration, leadership with operations. Tough historical situation to navigate. Thank you Rabbi for being a Leader.

I have really been enjoying your messages, Rabbi. I've been watching regularly for a few months, though I've been subscribed for over a year.
My $0.02 on failing leaders, based exclusively on my experience in the corporate world - ambitious and confident people seek these positions and are willing to fight for them. Wise people tend to be conflict averse and surrender the throne to the ambitious notoriety seekers. Additionally, in a reality where no one knows everything, we tend to be more inclined to believe a confident person than an intelligent person. The following quote has been attributed to many, though I know it from Bertrand Russell: "The problem with the world today is that ignorant people are cocksure, and intelligent people are full of doubt." Which makes sense to me, an intelligent/open-minded person is open to the possibility that they can be wrong.

Yes Rabbi, love is the answer. Without love we have not the light of love in us. Hate is the opposite of Love and is the tool Satan uses to separate us from God for eternity.

Any Leader, any environment, as spoken about by Rabbi Jacobson, needs to inspire. Work for greater good v bottom line, among other things. Let me add People skills, soft skills, high EQ. These are things that should be taught with standard curriculum, IMO. No one trait alone will get that result. And consider a Leader as soneone who creates a psychologically safe environment for those around them so that ideas, opinons or needs can be freely shared without fear of ridicule. We are not there yet. As a society. As long we continue to ignore, and worse, incentivize toxic behaviors in those we look up to or have placed in roles of Leadership. In ANY environment. A Leader leads, not divides.

God of Abraham didn’t want a king or any monarch leader. The Jews wanted a king and Saul came and wrecked the nation. King David had to redeem the people. But ever since then the idea of one leader to represent all was never Gods intention for us. Jesus came from David’s lineage and ended the terrestrial leader once and for all. We now have a celestial leader. This is what I believe and actually contacted the spiritual realm physically. I appreciate your channel and just wanted to share my experience. God bless you Rabbi

Would we be in the worst vacuum ever in Human History? Given the peak in science/technology and the many ways of communication we can rely on, God sure acts in mysterious ways and don't we fail to see where they are sunny. Isn't cynism a lesser evil as far as the brink of war is concerned?
