When you are an interviewer like him seeking the truth and knowledge, and you don't fear hearing other people's ideas, you can let them speak freely.
It is the very insecure powerful elites or their 'journalist' minions who have to interrupt and cut off someone speaking the truth, if they ever let them on the channel to begin with.

Conversations like this are needed more than ever. It is essential to understand who people are and build relationships based on that understanding. Who are you? What do you think? What do you want? Why do you want it? How are you going to get it? Answering simple, straightforward questions honestly is an opportunity to peacefully connect. Asking questions is an invitation to build a relationship.

He is turning you all around his little finger,
And you all do not even have the ability to see it.
Let me tell you something love, a Rabbi who knowingly and intentionally contradicts explicit Jewish texts from a range of Jewish sources, starting from the prayer book, out of which he prays everyday and ending in the holly bible, is a very problematic Rabbi (to say the least).
I'll tell you one more thing, the man is a devout Zionist (though a troubled, and a deeply disturbed one).
The only substantial dispute he has with the state of Israel is about how and when.
Meaning, at the end of the day, he also believes that eventually the Jews are to live freely in a sovereign Jewish state or kingdom in the land of Israel.
You should also know, that as a Jew, despite of all those Mitzvos (religious good deeds) that he is decorating himself with every day, he is quite a sinner for doing a very basic, elementary, "NO-NO", that even most secular Jews are doing their best to avoid.
All the rest of what he says comes out of pompous arrogance and self-righteousness filled with hate.
Please do not take my word for what I just wrote.
      Check it out for yourself.
The information is free and available to all.
      Best of luck,
      Your Jewish brother.

One of his points actually held true in the early United States as well. Most of the Founding Fathers after 1776 still didn't think of themselves as "Americans" in the broad national sense of the term. Rather, they thought of themselves as citizens of their own State first and foremost, as when Thomas Jefferson referred to Virginia as "my country." The later extreme nationalism, firmly cemented in place over eighty years after the Founding by Lincoln's Gettysburg address, which totally warped and destroyed the original meaning of the Declaration of Independence, has led to the total warmongering government and foreign policy we have today. "Nationalism" in any form, e.g. Christian, political, etc. is the source of nearly every problem in these United States themselves, as well as the horrors and injustices we fund and contribute to around the world.

The important thing in the Declaration of Independence is the idea that human liberty and freedom to self-divinity are more important than loyalty to an abstract nation or state as an identity. I think even the idea of state loyalty is just more nationalism. Our loyalty should be, first and foremost, to the well-being of our human species and protecting our individual freedoms.

I passed by a bakery in my town in Mexico called "the star of David". It has the logo of the star and everything. Because of the ethnic cleansing that Israel is carrying out against Palestinians I would normally these days I would have never stepped into that store. BUT , after having listened to this Rabbi I told myself : "These people have NOTHING to do with the state of Israel, they are Mexicans just as myself." I got into the bakery, bought my bread😋 good bread, by the way. Thanks Rabbi. God be with the world in general but particularly with Palestine and with Jews that are like you, I mean real jews.

I am a Scottish Catholic, there are English Catholics, German Catholics, Argentinian Catholics etc. But the Catholics in the world have never had the urge to all go and live in Italy.
Catholicism is not a race, it is a religion. And that is the same for bonafide jews. The Zionists were the ones who attempted to merge or conflate Judaism with nationalism.

When people in your own group aren't doing the right thing, it is SO HARD to publicly go against what they're doing. When Catholics in Northern Ireland were committing acts of terrorism, most Irish Catholics wanted to focus on the acts of terrorism and oppression committed by the Protestants to justify the terror attacks committed by people in their tribe. But some Irish Catholics were brave enough to stand for peace at a time when it was unpopular. Their reward is great. We can all learn from the example of Rabbi Shapiro.

The main ideas that the professor seems to be trying to convey is:
    1. Judaism should be viewed solely as a religion, not a national movement, allowing Jews to live anywhere (America, China, France, etc.) while being connected through their faith (religion and not through the idea of nationalism). Thus, Israel and its government, including Netanyahu, cannot claim to act in the name of all Jews (living in America, China, France, etc.).
    2. Israel should function like any other country, representing its citizens rather than a specific religious group. Under Zionism, Jewish Americans or Jewish French people see Israel as their nation-state, with Netanyahu as their prime minister. However, this concept blurs the lines of citizenship and nationality, with non-citizen Jewish nationals being excluded from voting.
Some of the quotes by Rabbi Shapiro:
    - "Who made them (Israel and Zionism) the spokesman for the Jews? Nobody. They just unilaterally declared themselves such. They declared themselves the spokeman of the Jews, the speakers of the Jews, the country of the Jews and the nation state of the Jews, their prime minister is of the Jew's."
    - "The reason Israel isn't a one state solution already is because Israel is the state of the Jews and not the state of the Israelis."
-"If we want to end Zionism, Israel must become the state of the Israelis, not the state of the Jews."
(These are only cherry picked quotes, be sure to watch both part 1 and 2 for the total picture)
