Killer! I'm turning 51 in June and have always been in shape but have gotten off track. Slowly working my way back so starting with body weight is a plus for me. Great workout and yes YOU WILL SWEAT!
I love that he kept in those moments when he needed a break or when he’s off balance. Makes me feel more confident when I work out and that it’s ok if I need to stop or that my balance isn’t perfect
This is the best style of workout video I have ever come across (for myself personally) I don’t like to go to the gym as I find it very overwhelming so I workout at home when I can. I do like TH-cam workouts but I find the talking and music on them quite distracting some times. Although the workouts are good I end the video feeling a bit mentally drained whereas with this one it was so chilled and I was able to focus on the workout it’s self. The moves were really clear, no excessive jumping around and shouting. Love it so much will definitely be checking out more of your videos.

Very nice workout. Did this workout after playing tennis for 1.5 hours, but still managed to surpass the lactic acid build up on my legs and pushed past the accumulation of pain. Will try to do this workout once every 2 days 🙂
I’ve been doing no equipment stuff for a while now, just found this channel last week and wanted to try something different. This is easily the best leg workout I’ve found so far. The big problem with others is being either too short or mainly, too repetitive. It always gets to the point I just can’t do the same move again and want to shut it off. Not with this though. There’s a good amount of lunging, but you’ve made each one different to the point it still feels new and doesn’t get boring. That’s huge. I also feel like this must be pretty good for flexibility as my kicks seemed a lot higher this time lol.
I think I’ve done this routine 6 times already and it’s still awesome. But my body already adapted to it and the burn is not the same. Do you happen to come across to another one like this for me to try? Thank you!
@@marymenas Good news! A few weeks after posting this, I found a new “best ever” 😂. It is 40 minutes and can be a little exhausting at times, but definitely doable. @@marymenas I know what you mean with regards to this one though, same thing happened. The only part that really still seems challenging is the sumo squat pulse. I still do it occasionally, but it’s more when I’m feeling too lazy to do the Alex one lol.

I couldn't make the full 20, but still managed to burn nearly 200 calories. The workout was controlled enough where i didn't feel at risk for injury. It has been 24 hours and two baths later and my legs , still burn. Exactly what I'm looking for!

I did this on Friday afternoon after work. I'm pretty strong on my legs and I really enjoyed the workout. The day after though.......oh no. My poor legs. So glad I found this page. Now using it for all my home workouts 💪

Just finished this wearing my 4 kg/8.8 lb weighted vest which may not seem heavy to most of you but I'm 52 kg/114 lb and it felt VERY heavy to me! (And a little tricky during the plank tucks too!) 💪 👧 Gorgeous 🐕 btw
