I’ve been doing this for 5 months or so. I have particularly good ab genetics within my family. I’m 16 and within a month of doing this 2-3 times a week I was already looking shredded. I’m now 4 months in and n a cut. I’m starting to see the 8 pack at this point. This routine is awesome and I have already recommended it to many friends and family👍
Same. I saw that 33% at the bottom and was like "im done!" Decided to push through as much as i could through each one and take longer breaks. Glad i did.
The reality is. Double tap back if you're on the phone or even just scroll back if you need. It's your own pace. I tap back to gain extra 10 second breaks every now and again. It definitely helps. Do regukar 10 second breaks. Since a prolonged 60 second break or higher eats into any endurance you'll be gaining from a standard 30 - 60 second break.
I go back to exercising after quite a long break, and I knew that my core is weak, but not to what extent. This set, these 10 minutes showed me where I am. I absolutely love this video! No fussing, no unnecessary talking, pure workout with a smile on the face and it works! I’ll be doing it until it’s not enough for me. It’s my morning go to and I’ll be looking for more of your content, thank you!
I’ve seen and done so many different combinations of Abs workout, this is by far the best combinations for me personally. It works directly on the core and I definitely feel the burn. I can feel and see the results. It’s not easy but it’s not impossible, so go hard or lay on the floor 🤣 Thank you so much for this video 💪🏾

This is the best exercise I have found for preventing back ache and keeping a strong core I got to tell you guys. I'm over 70 and I love this man. He has made such a difference to my core strength so don't wimp out after a few weeks. It's easy

*day 1:* just starting this with kpop work out playlist banging (my navies we love you). I'll be updating, everyday! *day 2:* it's tougher on the second day. Whole body is sore. *day 3:* it went smooth *day 4:* DONE!! eeze peeze lemon squeezeeee~ (I see some shape coming) *day 5:* scissors crossovers are so tough, everytime I do them, I want to end the workout and never do it again. *day 6:* Today's done too!! *day 7:* done *day 8:* DONE, (I replaced to planks for last 2 exercises because I started exercise on empty stomach so had no courage) *day 9:* DONE though, the 1st and scissors crossovers are so tough. *day 10:* I am not planing to do it today. (Home emergency) *day 11:* DONE. Now since it has been few days and my body got used to it, i do 1-min each side plank and one straight plank too. That helps, trust me bro! *day 12:* just done twelfth day too! *day 13:* I planned to do it daily till 9-sept (today is 3rd sept) I see the shape, I can feel I am fit so it's good guys, btw 13th day down too! *day 14:* DONE today's too, but I feel my body has gotten used to it so I feel no more progress, if this comment was a check point for you, by the end of week one start adding other exercises too. *day 15:* done *day 16:* DONE *day 17:* done but his one of other abs workout, that too was pretty intense. (*EDIT:* guys that's it. My uni has started and I'm unable to keep doing it. But I know one thing for sure that, whenever I'll want to have abs in future, that's the video I'll come back to. Well I was doing martial arts since I was 8 (karate, jiu-jitsu, mma, bjj) and I did kettle bell too. I'm really strong but I never had six pack. I always thought that I'm geneticaly not that body type but than my callestenic friend showed me this video and it was a game changer... I'm doing this now like 9 months and I have a six pack already even if I doing this only 2-3 times per week... and I'm 42! It's the best abs workout! Very hard but amazingly effective. You mr. I've been doing this a lot it's helped seriously the abs aren't visible yet but ive got the lines but can only see the progress in the mirror and see the abs in the mirror keep getting bigger
Been at this 3 to 4 days a week for 3 months. For sure getting much easier and seeing results. I like mixing it in with leg day and upper day just to keep the abs the focus as I’m trying to tighten that up
Bro. By far my favorite ab routing. Just right for my fused back. I can actually finish with you and it’s long enough to make me sweat and to feel my abs shaping up. 👏 👏. I train Jiu it’s 3-4 times and doing this helps me stretch my core a bit. I’m a fan of 😅

Did it for two rounds without rest as a penalty after 5 km running (slightly slower than required on military campus) Feel abs are burning proudly.
