Xylitol gum is the best thing to have if you're someone who gets into situations where it's the end of the day and you don't have a way to floss or brush before you go to sleep.
After a night of partying and drinking, the difference between chewing xylitol gum before bed, and not chewing xylitol gum before bed is night and day.
You literaly wake up with zero plaque on your teeth(assuming you have good oral hygiene to begin with) even though you had tons of carbs and simple sugars the night before, and hadn't brushed your teeth.
