- Whilst out filming I discovered a secret hidden cemetery, which some of the locals try to keep you out, by naming it a public road.

I just googled William Moger who you mentioned in the video.
His head stone has the ships chain and anchor wrapped around it.
For anyone who maybe interested in Williams life story it’s well worth a read.
William had the rank of Commander given to him and helped many poor boys
train on the Vessel “ Clio” after he left service in the navy.
A good man.

QR Codes are a phenomenal idea! They’ve begun using them here in the U.S. for insights into the deceased’s lives. A little bit eerie/snoopy I feel, but understand the draw. Perhaps it’s the awkward Brit in me😆. Loving the evolution and new direction of the show though Paul!!

Crazy how some graves are pitched fairly high up in almost inaccessible areas and how elderly mourners would struggle to visit them. Milton Road Cemetery in Weston super Mare is like that.
Your comment reminds me of a Benny Hill song called "Pepys Diary" part of which goes:
Half way up a wall outside a castle in Tranmere,
There is a sign which reads, 'The Duke of Denby was born here."
Now I've travelled far and I've travelled wide but ne'er can I recall,

There is a church near Washington in Sussex it’s a little place hidden in the woods not big but quaint and hidden away nice little church it’s called 😢all saints church buncton , maybe worth a look if your round that way.
Looks amazing. Would be a great film location for a Stephen king story.

It’s lovely …. when a cemetery gets filled to its capacity it then runs on donations so it does look ruff but they still cut the grass so I guess that’s a good thing 😊✌️

I love looking around old cemeteries especially in little villages. This is a lovely one, even though some of the graves look worse for wear, thats what gives it that charm. My 19 year old son loves walking in our local cemetery in the middle of the night, I prefer daytime myself. Thanks for sharing 👍

Really interesting one. So peaceful apart from the strimmer and the NYPD siren lol! I think you would like the Lake District. There are pretty churches eg in Ambleside and also the grave of William Wordsworth in Grassmere. Plenty of hills for you there!
