I LOVE how they were playing the opening to G Gundam as you stumbled upon the mug of God Gundam and Domon Kashu lol. I guess they were playing the OPs to all the gundam series?

In your video run about 10:30, that is Gundam Fix Figuration. In Asia, we call that "GFF."
Most of GFF is design by Katoki Hajime. We used to call "Ver. Ka".
BANDAI made a new series after GFF, call GFFMC which is use some die-cast in the joints also more large size like MG.
MANDARAKE and Jungle are my favorite place to go.

what I did for gunpla kit, I cut them (cut it with a bit of runner still on it, and clean it later at home) and put it in zipper bag, and named the bag with their runner number / alphabet. and then put those small zipper bags into one big zipper bag. for the box, I opened it up and make it like a sheet.
with this strategy, I brought back 10 kits (actually can be more, I didn't buy that many), and many other things such as figurine, even big plush.
yes it will be a mess later when finding a part (but you coded the zipper bag, so it will be easier to find), and you need to be careful to not left anything behind, but it is pretty good to reduce the size of the kit into a small pile of plastics, a thin book and a sheet of carton
You know, you can ask the convenience stores to get some box. I've been going back and forth from Philippines to Japan. That is what I do. I put them in boxes. It's a little hard to carry with my luggage and box but worth it.
I collect 80's/90's Japanese Shonen Jumps and Mandarake is my main "Go to" for them. I love that place.

I know this is a gunpla channel but i couldn't help but notice the diecast around the 4 minute mark. Did you see any 1/18 scale like Kyosho or Autoart while you were out shopping? I collect a lot of different things and diecast, as well as Gundam, I like.

I hope you don't mind if I give a suggestion: when editing videos shot in locations with music, maybe better to forgo the additional background music (and avoid the same song/theme for over than 5 minutes 😅). Volume is too high and clashes from music and noises in the shop. Or maybe use "ducking", raising the volume of the original audio only when you are speaking.

Well, even with online stores and proxy shipment services, during a trip to Japan you can find many "treasures" and limited products not available outside.
I recently got some gadgets which were only released in Hong Kong in collaboration with 7-eleven (luckily didn't have to fly to HK, cause a friend got them for me).
I am sure they also enjoyed many things other than shopping. Japan is really nice for tourism
