I do have this weird thing where I don't buy built Gundam models I don't build myself. They are basically figures but just can't do it. Need the attachment and pride of the build.
Watching your video made me really miss Japan... I loved wandering around in the Black Shop in Shirakawa. Most things were a bit more expensive then they should've been, but it was still amazing and I found a LOT of awesome stuff there

the nu gundam head around 15 min is from japanese game
you pay certain amount for a ticket where you win prize from G to A (the worst to best prized respectively)
The worst prize can be key chain or folder (usually has a lot in the pool) while the best prize is prize A which is 1 per prize pool
In addition to the entire prize pool, there is also a last ticket prize where you get a extra prize by getting the last ticket.
I was in Japan last week. I was looking for the new Dynames MG...sold out everywhere.

The two shopping stores have lots of Gundam kits and the P-Bandai's. A restaurant can even have gundam related material? This is so new.

If you're in Aomori again there's this place called American paradise, it's in Japanese on Google maps, but it's got a lot of cool stuff, though not got the most *massive* selection of gunpla, but they have a pretty good price for them too.
Oh also, there's a yorozuya in both Misawa and hachinohe, so if you want to see even *moar* gunpla/other random shit, lol
on that wall, hanging in a bag like the heroes, zeta, gundam himself and wing, there stands a legendary warrior

Those already built cases are fire I would spend to much if I went. Any shops sell them like that I’m just gonna use them for display for gaming
Jealous. My brother always said how amazing the 2nd hand stores in Japan are and I never believed him. So much awesome I wish I could go there and buy everything.
This made me miss my rounds in Akiba and hitting the, Hard Off or wakamatsu. I left Fukuoka last summer!! Oh it brings back the memories. Do you ship or bring back in your bags.

When I travel to China or Japan I will buy many kits. I’m not a fan of keeping the boxes so I take zip-lock bags with me. I cut out the pieces and store them in the bags. This way I was once able to fit 20 Gundam kits in my luggage with extra room to spare.

Probably one of the main reasons why I never travelled to Japan. I'll be skint in the first day and need to rent a container ship for my goodies to be shipped home.

Damn wish we had stores like that where I am would make it a lot easier. I do know one hobby store that has some but like only 8 types :( so I have to order online if I want a certain one.
Isn't that easier, ordering online? Sure the thing itself may not be cheaper than if you went to a store, but you get exactly what you want... and you spare yourself the travel cost.
