@@FendlerYT I've been playing with this since launch. Based on my experience -- and I've tried thousands of these by now -- it's not about the quality of the recruit. It's more about the size of the lead on the recruit. Like, if the bars are close, you're wildly unlikely to get it. If you have a much bigger bar than second place, it's like one in five or six. By the way, the other video nobody on YT has done yet is the real hack for recruiting. Use My School, add 20 guys at a position, and then recruit the ones with A/A+ grades. They're likely to come in as Star or Elite.
@@FendlerYT Yeah, there's something weird about it. The game accidentally gives away Star/Elite level recruits at times. No idea if it's a feature or a bug. The thought process is that even if you have an Elite at the position, an equally good player will still earn playing time. It's like a grade of "are they better than what you've already got" that the sim does. Mess around with it, and you'll see what I mean. What you're doing works great. You can actually cheese it to get 25+ five-star recruits if you don't mind restoring saves countless times. But this simplifies recruiting, especially when you have a glaring depth chart weakness.
@@davidgoneviral @FendlerYT I just followed this method in the preseason of sorting in My School and sorting first interests in 4 & 5 stars only. Got seven 4. Star instant commits during a first pass. Discovered 14 gems out of 31. 4 out of 4 busts for a total of 35.
Just signed an excellent first year rebuild class and none of them ever showed up on my roster, lost every single player when i got to position changes

Fendler offering lambos on the side. I know illegal recruiting when I see it😂
shhhh bro lmao
NC actually doesn’t start with the dream school skill. I did a wheel spin and got them i remember this video and tho they have ceo they don’t have the dream school tree and didn’t work for me
@@Chandler28138 yeah they have the branch but you’d need to buy the skill
15:52 I’ve experienced this too. This patch helped in year 2 though. I think it had something to drop with my contract ending making it happen
yeah seems like we are not alone with it. thanks for watching man
I had to restart one of my dynasty bc no offers as well season 3 it sucked
yeah I'm hoping that could see a patch, you should be guaranteed offers no matter what
can you go into the prospect pool and unselect the people from the list instead of holding the button for each person to remove?
I don’t think so but put me on if so
I have a question what do you recommend? For visiting visitors to your school mid early late in the weeks
Not certain what you mean but I think visits should really only be used by bigger schools. Check out todays vid
No fkn way! The CEO coach bundle discount also applies to the coordinators?!?! That’s actually a game changer
I'm saying man!
@@FendlerYT I didn’t think it was worth it for your head coach but for developing great coordinators under your head coach it would be so clutch
@@jonanderson9185 don’t forget coordinators can’t get the CEO branch but otherwise hell yeah
@@FendlerYT yeah but if you unlock it as HC you can basically create the Saban coaching tree by developing great assistants
@@jonanderson9185 yeah but don’t forget you’re capped at 50, so every skill point you spend on a coordinator is a skill point you can’t spend on your own guy. Idk if spending on coordinators ever makes sense but I’m hearing what you’re saying
I like this method the only bad thing about it is u don’t know if you really want them on your team. Don’t know any attributes.
You shouldn’t scout after preseason anyway
Your leaving to another school shouldn't matter
@@bori1986 also true but either way only scout preseason
I just went through my first run through and we went 6-6 simming with Georgia 🤣😭. The coach left after the first year too lol
sim logic still stinks I fear lol
Ive seen you cant get offers if your on the last year of contract and the school extends your contract.
yeah I think that was the problem
@@FendlerYT it's annoying. Lol

Can u guarantee #1 classes without transfers? Transfers are how i usually lock a top class... can i and should i try to get all possible HS recruits without transfers? Im not trying to give Georgia any free transfers lol im out after year 2 maybe even year 1 if i see a team i want offer me
@@bori1986 yeah you definitely can. Transfers aren’t super valuable in my opinion but you can do it pretty easily by spamming 3 stars to fill out your 35. Top Class values quantity
I get insta commits without that perk u thi9nk this could work without it?
At a MUCH lower percentage, yeah. You’d run into a problem of having enough hours to do a bunch of these “runs”
I have a question if you created a coach got the CEO and the perk to get the discount, do they give you your money back if your OC or DC have it already or you're SOL
@@Redd1da no money back no, not unless you take a coordinator job
After hard selling a recruit, once I advance the week, should I keep the hours on my pitch? Or can I remove the hours while keeping the influence? Not sure how that works
Removing hours doesn’t negatively impact influence. There’s no penalty, you’ll just only get influence next week if you put hours back on him. Otherwise you won’t move much
You experiment on Reddit? 😂 great video brotha
Reddit hates me dawg I went one time in M20 and never been back lmao
I tried and didn’t get a job offer year one . Is it a bug ? I don’t wanna be an OC at Georgia forever lol

Yeah I've only had 5 stars instant commit that aren't gems I haven't had a 5 star gem instant yet
@@juniorsimpson1985 they’re just so rare I feel like that would be a low chance for a few reasons
@@davidgoneviral A+ on playing time cheese? I've heard of this but not to the point of 20 per position
I thought the same thing in my dynasty but the players are there. They are just hidden. You have to go to your full roster tab and they will be there, not under the position they were suppose to be playing.
Can we get a new recruiting guide?

A tip I found online is to offer visits to them right away. Even if you don’t know what they like. If the dealbreaker they have is a high rating for you then do the visit then.
This is what i do lol when the season is over go to the players leaving and screen shot every team it tells u the reason they're transferring u already have a leg up no need to scout etc... i hate that some transfers are just not interested at all

Good way to get a lot of shit players. If you strategize you can slowly weed out the normal dev trait players with gems that will dominate on the field.
