I stacked a new coach with takent development and architect for my DBs and DL and it might be my new favorite build. Granted you have to play games and make plays with those position groups to maximize vs just simming, but those are the one positions I struggled having guys max out but not anymore and you also get some small recruiting buffs also.

Shouldn’t you have scouted because you get a boost for every 10 hours spent? Maybe I’m wrong and that doesn’t compound with the other points.

Would be interesting to see if you can then steal a few 4 stars after committing these 5s with this recruiting build.

in one of my online dynasties i have a tactician coach and its stacking with assistants and I get 5-6 bonus overalls

I haven’t seen anyone talk about this, but I was wondering why I seemed to have players that never developed their skills. So I started changing players positions as I recruit a fair amount of ATH. And I noticed when I would change their position you’d get skill upgrades,so now I have a lot more platinum skills. I move my offense and defensive line players around so they get skills then change back if I want them in a certain spot, like pulling guard etc.

A couple things you over looked. 1. If you stack this with both coordinators it is a big boost to the team and players. 2. This is good for small schools that get a ton of players with low skill caps. You get to boost them over their normal potential and you small can play better than they should.

Compare the skill totals, not the overall. Some abilities don't affect overall as much as other abilities.

Overall I agree with what your saying but one thing about tactician for me is the actual attributes that are increased. I think most of what tactician increases is not worth it. I like mostly the OL DL & LB trees. Don't think the other trees are worth it. Overall

now this is interesting. Tactician is WILD when you stack it with coordinators. I have a 93 OVR center that jumps up to a 98 for example. This is definitely one where you're gonna want to stack it with your coordinators as well.

I watched a TH-camr who broke down the hard and soft sells by converting the grades to numbers A+=13, A=12, A-=11 on down and as long as your grades are about an 18/19 it’ll be successful

tactician is worth it when you max out the front row and your coordinators have it maxed out as well.

Tactician isn't that great but if you're playing the games then scheme guru can be big.

Now the question is: do you need ALL those recruiter skills to land those 5 stars, or just certain ones?

Thank you for sharing! I may be in the minority, but I feel like motivator is a better skill tree. There are some nice abilities in Scheme Guru, but 50 is steep to access it.

You should do talent developer/Architect. Maxing Talent developer to star maker & the cap breakers from Architect

As someone in an online league in year 6 in the high 30s for level with most of it in recruiting, this works. I was at K-St which has one of the worst pipelines and I was top 6 almost every year.

I managed to go from OC at North Carolina to OC at Georgia and spent all 100 pre-requisite CEO points on double discounted skills. Took 5-6 seasons, can't remember now, a couple of save scums and some pretty lucky RNG for the job to open up AND to be offered it. Now I'm at Texas A&M and have still only spent points on double discounts. Probably going to take another season or two before I can find the right coaches to get the TRULY perfect cheese build. I can see why you said it might be more fun to watch than attempt, but I think it will ultimately be worth it to see just how ridiculous you can get!

Possible vid on tryna do a nick saban type coach build? Just a thought

If you unlock elite recruiter, would you still have it if you leave for a different school or accept a different position.

Ive still been combining 3/3 hard sells and 2/3 soft sells and i never lose those recruits

As cool as this is, and it's very nice... Is there a way to get say three stars to 95 across the board without artificial boosting by changing ratings?

You can realistically start doing this in year 2 by just spending 90 to 100 points on the basic recruiter tree. With schools with good pitch grades you can do it in year 1.

Is strong roots good?

Some players have 65 points and some had 75. Must have been the difference from assistant coach
