Make sure you're looking at the Pipeline Tier too! If you're falling behind schools with higher pipeline tiers, it will be VERY hard if not impossible to gain on them. You can pull off of a player right away when you see it coming versus spending 50 hours for multiple weeks to only end up losing that recruit, and possibly losing other recruits by spending all of your resources on another player you don't get.
Instead of sending the house try using the 5, 10 and 25 options to only spend 40 points and still get more overall influence. Will save you 10 extra points on each guy you do that for 😉
Does it though? Ive tried both on the same position and the send the house ones seem to advance the big interest bar quicker even though it does have more green dots the 40 point way as you mentioned.
@@SurferRC just what I’ve seen in multiple other videos and I started doing it myself and seeing I was getting more recruits faster. It makes sense because you are getting the most green influence with the 40 method. Another thing I saw was to delete all points assigned for the week you have the visit and play with your points for that that way. Then the next week after the visit reassign those points

I picked motivator to start. Simmed one game got 20 pts n got recruiter 🤷🏿♂️ easy
I dont expect to get all the best recruits but when im constantly losing all the time it makes the game not fun..
How do u unlock elite recruiter ??

Nah come out that that doesn't work. Stat guy shows it's the amount of hours used is more effective then influence arrows
@@kiwisportsmage I’ve seen otherwise but the 40 hours has worked for me better than using the one 50
Send the houss my guy, they count hours, not influence hours, it would be useless other wise
