    I just wanted to let anyone watching know, this mans videos has cured both my runners knee and elbow tendinitis. This mans advice is gold, please take it and don’t hesitate.

      @@Medumex He usually has them listed in his video description. But it’s mainly shoulder mobility ones. He explains how it’s not really our elbow, it’s the connective parts that lead to your elbow hurting.

    I'm in too much pain to even think about doing any of these. I woke up with pain in upper back and it just got worse throughout day yesterday. I have been sleeping so that I do t have to deal with the pain. I can't look down at all and my range of motion on turning my head to the right is low before the pain comes there as well. Also moving my arms about in different ways also excruciating.

    hi Trev can do you things for temple pain/pressure near ear and some eyebrow sensations…it’s bizarre possibly temporalis and masseter or nerve entrapment etc

    hey Trevor, hey guys! I want to buy a half rack in the next weeks and my plan is to also use gymnastic rings / mount their bands at the pull-up bar from the rack. Did you ever have problems with the gymnastic rings slipping around the pullup bar, for example during reverse flys? That would be very important for me to know, because if they slip around I'd have so search for opportunities to get them fixed in another way.     With the first scalene stretch where the fingers are above collar bone I only get the stretching feeling when I turn my neck to the opposite direction. Nothing when to the same side. Why could this be?
