Aaron, your story is exactly what I am feeling right now. Dude I can't tell you how much it means to me to have found your channel. I am currently dealing with death anxiety and family death anxiety and that's all I can think about, I'm literally telling you it's the only thing I think about while I'm awake and it's been driving me crazy. I am agnostic and I also get that stomach drop panicky feeling. I'm currently on 4 weeks of 3:42 150mg Wellbutrin and 3 weeks of 10mg Lexapro. I am in the darkest time of my 40 years and I'm at a point where I feel like I'm never going to get better. I do have a bit of DPR/DR and I feel like I'm losing my mind. I really feel a lot more comforting after watching your video. Man I really hope you respond to me and we can keep a continued conversation.
I'm really glad I found your channel. I just started taking Lexapro a month ago and I feel fantastic for the first time in a long time. Your fears are also mine and I almost feel like I'm listening to myself hearing you talk. I'm an incredibly introspective person and a deep thinker and unfortunately I was deeply indoctrinated since I was young. I had my crisis of faith starting about two years ago. It's something I still think about every damned day but I've come a long way. I used to wake up in the middle of the night sweating and terrified of death and hell. Anyways, I'm really glad you posted this and I look forward to following along your journey!

You can request it if they decide you should be on an ssri. Unless they feel one would be better for you based on health age sex etc.
They put me on Prozac
Prozac is good too.

Did you have any physical symptoms before taking Lexapro ? Do you feel you'll ever stop taking it. All my feelings are physical.

@@VinnyV9690 i use to have chest pains and brain zaps. I hated brain zaps.

@@VinnyV9690 yes all of those things faded over time. Also the shortness of breath went away as well
