    I love feeling underwhelmed when it comes to exposure therapy. I can be so hard on myself thinking I've gotten nowhere in the last 11 years so it's so important to do stuff like this to show ourselves just how far we've come and also how much farther we can go when we just say "Fuck It". I'm done with letting my anxiety call the shots. I'm calling my own shots from here on out. Congrats again bro!!!

    I'm seeing a big improvement in my anxiety symptoms (palpitations/strangling sensation/digestive issues/insomnia/dizziness....the list goes on) since I've been taking magnesium suppliments, I highly recommend them to any other sufferers, just type in magnesium anxiety on TH-cam and watch some videos, I highly recommend the York Cardiology channel, check out his magnesium video...... I hope supplements can help others as much as they have me. Also recommended to ease head aches/migraines and depression.

    How much of what was holding you back was "I can't be arsed"? I'm feeling "I can't be arsed" a lot at the mo. Avoiding the chance of anxiety.
