@@akshaypljadhav just try to feel everything, don't deny or don't ignore any feeling or emotion. Try to visualize the spirituality of one's being. What you were in your childhood and what you have become now. Try to introspect. Don't be in a hurry. Just go one second at a time. And don't give up.

Thank you jay. Im feeling drained by my mother who always depend on me. Im tired hearing her complaining about everything since i was a child. When i tell her to stop, she just being mad and tell me that im an ignorant child. But how about my mental health too? Is it less important than her satisfaction ? I tell you people, don't bring a child to your life, if your life is miserable. A child it's not a toy to play or your complaint's garbage. If you can't afford for a happy healthy life for your children, you are doing a child abuse. And it's a crime.

I was left by someone I loved a lot,and was so happy to be with,it really shattered my heart,it took me a long time to get over the lose, I took it really personally, but I moved forward and better myself. I really dont want to go thru that agian,being rejected by someone you really love is the worst.

I am trying hard to be independent n manage my life on my own. But i know that without Jesus in my life, i am nothing. I need Jesus to guide me and i have faith n trust that His way forward for me is the best way.

Ugh.. just thinking of my mentors and this video comes ip in my timeline. My greatest thanks and gratitude that I gifted a wonderful mentors all my way through my live path that I paved. But, uniquely when they think I already understand the lesson and pass the test, they will slowly distant. And then life will give me a new mentors for antoher aspect of myself need to cultivate and mold. Right now I am only still with my Care mentor and this is the longest class I take, not passed the test yet even after takes several remedy 🤦♀️ She is so Care about mu mental and physical health and growth, and teach me how to care, love and be compassionate in the right amount that not harm ourself. Hope will graduated soon ☺️🙏

I thought they are my source of happiness and my reason to live but my thoughts are wrong...they never part of my life due to this depending i break into million pieces & i don't know what next is going to happen with me.
