Lava Brownies ...Oh Yum !!

Lava Brownies...Oh Yum !!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 c or 2 sticks of butter sliced in 1" sections...melt in microwave
Add 3/4 c cocoa
Beat hot melted butter in with cocoa
Add 2 c white sugar
Whisk or beat alot to be sure sugar is completely combined.
Add 3 ROOM TEMPERATURE eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp sea salt
Need salt to taste the chocolate..whisk or beat well.
Fold in ...(don't beat) 1 c all purpose flour
Add 1 c semi sweet choc chips and/or 1 c chopped up semi sweet chocolate block
Cut parchment paper to line 9 x 9 square pyrex pan...use alittle left over melted butter to stick paper to the sides of pan.
Top with remaining chocolate chips, chopped chocolate and sea salt
Bake for 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out with alittle moist... will be like lava coming out in the brownies.
Serve warm with mint chip ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce....magnificent ...definitely "death by chocolate" HA
