      Please do. For thick icing coverage keep scooping and pouring until it stiffens. Thanks for watching ✌🏽

    This is how exactly i want my icing to be on my poundcake when I make it. A thick layer. So I see you let it dry then add another layer. Looks delicious. Tfs...✌🏾❤🙏🏽😊

      Thank you for watching. The key to the icing is to continuously scoop the icing that runs off and reapply until the thickness you like or until it is too thick to move. So happy to have you on my channel ✌🏽

      Hello poundcaketexas. Thanks so much for your support. This been awhile since I purchased this pan and I actually got it from the thrift store so no box. But I researched it and it should be as follows.
      Holds 12 cups of batter
      3 quarts
      9 3/4 inches round
      3 3/8 inches deep
      Thanks again✌🏽

    When you put your icing on there, always put a cooking sheet up under your cake Stan, and when you pull the icing on it, you won't have double work yourself. You will have the cooking sheets that will catch all the extra icing running down the side.

    I make sour cream pound cake very often. Never tried it with 4 sticks of butter only 3 sticks thinking it would be too dense.. is it still very moist??? I'm anxious to try it!😊😊😊

      Maybe I can add 1/4 cup of milk along with 8oz sour cream

    • @LivinLifeUnited
      @LivinLifeUnited  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I added some milk to my sour cream and added vanilla pudding. The vanilla pudding added to any cake with make it a moist dream. Because of the pudding I am sure to add extra milk if needed. ❤️✌🏽
