I started my channel when I was at home on leave from the airlines caring for my mother during the Pandemic and desperating needing something to keep my sanity. I had so many great family recipes and it's been a pleasure to share them with everyone. I'll coin the saying "Life is short so share your recipes !!" It's been so much fun to share not only recipes but craft ideas and invite friends to partake on my show. I see my show as getting bigger and bigger with sharing my travels with viewers and coming up with more fun ideas to video. My book will be coming out this month (July 2023) and it will share all the adventures I had as a flight attendant starting with my childhood. I hope people will be entertained by the book as I wrote it as I talk which is funny. HA I had the most loving parents and got my great love for people from them.

It seems awkward to mix in the pan. Dump the ingredients into a bowl, mix well, and then pour it into prepared pan. You only have to wash out one bowl, the whisk and a rubber spatula.

Maybe not in their homes, but I’ve worked in a couple and eaten in many Mexican restaurants and they most certainly do use sour cream.
