Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe by Food Fusion

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate 180g
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 100g
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 3 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 5 tbs (40g)
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chocolate,butter,microwave for 1 minute then mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs,egg yolks,caster sugar,vanilla essence,pink salt & beat well until creamy.
-Gradually add melted chocolate & beat until well combined.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,sift & beat until well combined.
-Grease ceramic cups with butter,pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 12 minutes (on lower grill) (makes 4 lava cups) & serve hot!

-Bowl mein anday,anday ki zardi,bareek cheeni,vanilla essence & pink salt dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka melted chocolate shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida aur cocoa powder dal ker sift ker lein phir ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ceramic cups ko makhan sa grease karein,tayyar batter dal ker few times tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 200C per 12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill) (makes 4 lava cups) & garam serve karein!

I baked as same as u instructed.. but my lava cakes are always over cooked.. like if I bake on lower grill then the top of cake is like uncooked.. when I on both up and low grills.. it's over baked.. what can I do??
