Im really injoying stings concert on blue ray in my projctor screen with my surround sound set up in the shed lately its brilliant. You get a taste of everything.

My dad worked security at that concert. I was so jealous of him, getting to see them! (I was at a summer camp of some sort...) And of course, for him it was just a job. I did eventually get to see them in concert, at the SIU-C arena, in 1986 I think.
It's fantastic to see bands from my mis-spent teenage years still out there doing it , keeping the memories alive .they are a class act , and thank you for sharing this .

I ended up being distracted by the drummer and bass player, because it looked like to me that they weren't actually playing their instruments. I don't know why they wouldn't be...in a live concert...but something seemed off. Singers are going to have bad nights, we can't expect them to be perfect every single night so I don't want to judge Tom on this single performance. At least he is singing! Pay to go see The Eagles in concert and you're going to hear Don Henley on tape. But still, it's weird that the musicians seemed to be playing along to a prerecorded track. I hope that's not the case.
