When the finish the build, or at least paint it, they have Gibson build a custom SG that has the same color as copperhead.

Well. Most of the folks on the Powernation shows are pretty awful. If we could get more old Trucks, Horsepower, and Xtreme 4x4 life would be great.
When I seen “project copperhead” I was like noooo,it can’t be,can it!?!?!? Lol watched this build every Saturday morning start to finish back in the day. No matter how big Friday’s high school party’s got haha

I remember watching this build as a child. When I found your TH-cam channel I scoured all the videos looking for this build. I'm glad I came back regularly to double check.
Stacy was actually able to track copperhead down after almost fifteen years, they featured it on his show a while ago including an interview with the current owner who fell in love with it while watching the build on trucks and decided he had to have it.
I'm so glad Copperhead is still doing well today. Nothing molested on it. And it's used as an actual driver's truck!
I miss Stacey David. loved watching Trucks with him.

The big back window was a rare option in 67.
I missed his version of this show. I remember watching the morning power block. It was my adult version of Saturday morning cartoons. After Stacey left that show it was pretty unwatchable. Of course most of them shows kind of wound up that way.
Yeah. Spike hurt those shows a lot with new hosts every year and scattered projects taking forever to finish. Once it became the paramount network you knew the days were numbered. Hopefully the history channel brings it back somewhat, but I doubt it.

I had a 72 1 ton at one point, had shoehorned a 500 CID Caddy engine in it, but bad choices in life led to it being taken away from me by the police [sad eyes]

This originally aired 20-25 years ago, I'm not sure when bitchin' rides made theirs, but this one might've been the one that was ripped off

Is this the bottom of the barrel programming? This episode is ancient. Trucks! is no longer on Motor Trend TV (formerly Velocity). So far MT TV has really screwed up the channel. The good shows are no longer on the channel. They play that stupid commercial showing the car going over the cliff to death.
It's older than you think it aired on spike tv and speed chnnel before it ever made it on velocity
