I noticed one cell (cell9) was lower than the others 2.7v at 20% SHC (others were 2.9v) so i decided to do a capacity test and the results were lower than I expected.
This was the test I did on them when they were fresh out of the box

Hey, these 280s will go down to about 265 and then stay there forever. I have seen some with like 300 cycles on them they are still doing 265
