If done before iOS 17.4.1 then your battery health will stay reset.

It’s very good and economical and I can say I don’t even notice it running on my digital meter . Unlike the solis 3000 that seems to drain the battery even if you’re not using any power and I noticed a 10-50w power draw at night with a flat battery.

So the phone will work if you remove it but the health will be at the old level. The new video I just posted will show how to reset the battery health without the repair cable ;)

I have a video coming out about it in detail soon. Keep the original BMS and reset it to 100% (no need tag on or any extra flex :)

The board powers the phone with the connecting cable when the battery is connected with the board. My other battery is the spot welder battery.

For doing this particular job right now this is the best tool to do it.

What happened with this BMS was that a friend made some changes to those levels and he doesn't remember the password he put on my BMS and now it only has level 1 and I can't make changes. I can't find how to do a factory reset this BMS

Only level 1 with 00000000 works for me. 8 of them

If it’s a Ant BMS you will probably need 3-5v to turn it back on.

I use this US2000C for the power supply of a SERVO drive and constantly need to know how long I can move this vehicle module without recharging. For this I need this software that I have developed.

@@smartazz wonderfull test you did :) , I wanted to run the hoverboard motor( 350W) on 60V to give more power but I think it will over heat , I also though of rewinding it for more power , But I see that the is no space in the stator to increase number of turns .

Do it lol. Your current controller will need replacement or you will most likely pop it with the higher voltage. The hub will take it but it will run hotter, you will need to monitor it constantly as you could burn it out. Let’s say you upgrade to a Kelly 7212s that will suck all the power from your battery and deliver it to the hub and put a massive smile on your face :) as long as your battery is good enough to deliver 300A for at least 20 seconds

I know you can buy 2 wheel drive controllers(I would buy 2) but the problem with 1 Controler is if any wheel goes out of sink it will not work properly or act as a brake.

If you don’t connect the hall and put all the motors in parallel you should be fine however make sure that the total amount of wattage of all 4 motors adds up correctly to the controller output

Sir, i really wanted to done this project but rn i think something else, instead of mounting the bldc into the tire why not mount the bldc directly into the road, this should increase the efficiency, what do you think?, i need your advice about this (i'll mount it in the middle, and the bldc directly run on the road)
