  • You know that feeling when you are watching your kid... And your friends kid... And they can do stuff... And your kid doesn't do the same thing yet, even though yours is a month older?
And then it's in your mind... Is this normal?
Well! In this episode we are talking a bit about what is NORMAL for rolling. What age do we expect them to roll, what age is a concern if they haven't, and a couple of exercises you can use (I had to use my 7 year old son as a demo - not quite a baby any more!) to help get your baby rolling!
As always though, if you are concerned, please be sure to chat to your health care practitioner.

My little one is 4 months and 6 days and I'm already worried about rolling. She seems to be able to go from her back to her sides on her own and sometimes she pushes a bit further then her arm gets stuck under her body.. Does this count? 😅

      Hi Kadija,
Thank you for your comment. So, if it was you doing the rolling, would you have counted it as a roll if you only got halfway?
I wouldn't fret; at 4 months old she is still within the range of when we expect it to be starting.
