I don't know about attractiveness, but having gone UK wide to N Scotland last couple of weeks, I am migrating towards Tesla. There are enough public chargers now. They work at the max rate for our Kona and nearly half price on Ionity. You can see why people buy Tesla.

Sorry Dave but when we're watching videos about how attractive charges are, I think I'm done with this channel.
Lots of videos now about everything other than what's going on with Tesla atm.
Another big name has now just left and it looks like plenty of the heavy hitters are selling plenty of shares.
Even the hard core pumpers are pumping out smoke big time imo.

Totally agree with your findings on the Swarco chargers. Stopped at Tebay North on our way up to Scotland last Thursday and found them so easy and a delight to use. Also, the price was so much better than the other options on the M6.
Something I like about the electrify America stations here in the States is that they're wrapped in bright green neon lighting. A lot of them are tucked in corners of large parking lots so it makes them easier to find.
You were at my local Flint Tesla in this film! Love the Tesla one there and obviously it’s cheap! The worst by a long way is InstaVolt the cables are just so stiff and unwieldy. EV point are good I agree

I don't care what they look like, cost and how easy they are to find and use are what counts. But on that basis the V4 was always going to win the only thing against it is that they are not under cover and are a bit hard to spot in a crowded car park.
I thought we were going full on daytime TV with and 'I left my wife for an EV charger' episode.

Don't even own an EV, but gotta admit the simplicity designed Tesla's charging points are the best. Easy to find and not eyesore, they could probably add an 8-inch interface screen for payments for non Tesla users and remain sleek.
Big blow for me, I use the AC units at Aldi 90% of the time at 25p kWh they are listed on the Shell app as 11kW however they have always delivered 22kW and are not shared. But recently they are only dispensing 6.5kW rending them useless for me plus you can only park for 1.5 hours at Aldi anyway.

I think it is important to give appreciation of our street furniture - it is something we all see every day, whether or not we drive and design is important. 99p1 would approve !

I know that aesthetics are subjective, but still. I'm not a Tesla fanboy, I don't own a Tesla, but still I think the Tesla Superchargers are the #1, so just let's agree to disagree. 😊 (Though, at ease of use, I prefer chargers where I can either pre-register och at least get an invoice at the end of the month. I.e.not Tesla.)

Heh, I thought this was about the hardware, not the CPOs and their site designs. Was kind of confused at first...
Superchargers were so good practically. All Teslas reversed in, so drove out forwards, which is so, so much safer. The Americans obviously adopted driver’s side for the charging point. They didn’t need to be noticed by drivers - Tesla drivers knew where they were.
They now need to be taller to be a bit more noticeable, maybe? I will still hunt out the superchargers for the very few times I need to use a public charger. I don’t particularly go for aesthetics; practicality is more important to me, so any bright, catchy colour schemes would my order of the day - if I used them.
Well done for adding fuel to the fire. EVangelists have a reputation for being boring. Eating cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off. Whilst waiting to charge. Now it seems that whilst eating a picnic they are quietly assessing the attractiveness of the EV charger.! Seriously?! I wonder how many ICE drivers assess the attractiveness of the petrol pump they didn't have to wait to use and viewed for just 5 minutes before being on the way with enough fuel to reach their destination without having to stop again to assess the attractiveness of the next pump!
I was expecting him to rate his top 5 as; Tesla V4 first, then Tesla V3, Tesla V2, Tesla V1 and the rest are rubbish.

Best looking charger?. What a waste of time. Scraping the bottom of the barrel for content, or what. I would unsubscribe from your channel, but I never subscribed in the first place. LOL
I know you don't like BP Pulse but all the new ones around here are like the Swarco but with an even bigger landscape screen in the front, clear and no squinting - very easy to use and 57p Being non-Tesla - I find Ionity brilliant at 47p on my RFID card/app and, the only open to all (Tesla) in Kent is in the departure area at the Channel Tunnel
