I'm extremely regimented with workouts and start my day with 50 push-ups ( very impressed with Brenda's level of fitness!) before several other workouts. I rarely sit, do heavy weights and aerobics, and hike with 2 big dogs daily. I also supplement with creatine and use a juvent. Strictly organic WFPB ( grow my own micro greens and garden). I'm on the extreme end of being very proactive!

This is good ... BUT ... wfpb is not for all people. I am not in good health now, due to being vegan and also fruit-based. hyperthyroid, low Hb, INFLAMMation. etc.
With all due respect, eating only fruit will almost guarantee that you will fail on a vegan diet. You need, veggies, beans, grains, nuts and seeds ect.
I was killing myself with all of that sugar. Went Hippocrates health institute diet with a little cooked food for dinner and only a couple of pieces of fruit for breakfast. Body started coming back within one week.
@@Amanda_downunder I was fighting cancer with carrot juice and a mostly raw vegan diet. Worked wonders in the beginning. Cooked food even vegan food was killing me. The 95% raw vegan food worked. Not until the fresh wheatgrass juice did it work.
