Dr Furhman, as always you are such an inspiration and always providing valuable insights to keep me on track with plant whole food based diet. Doug, good to hear from you about sprouts, thank you both

Being a retired nurse, I can verify what Dr. Fhurman said about medication. Sadly, we killed a lot of people thinking we were doing the right thing. As more information becomes available, we see the errors we made. If you can stay off ALL medication, all the better!

Thank you...fantastic info. I’ve been sprouting for over 30 years and even grow several jars of sprouts ongoing as I travel in my motorhome.

I have always loved sprouts! I am a person who appreciates asthetics. Even if sprouts didn't taste that good, they're so dainty, a lovely color of green, so fresh looking, light weight, etc. - so phenomenally appealing visually! On top of that they taste so hearty and are so nutritionally dense!

I planted extra broccoli seeds in October, and I love picking the sprouts to add to my salads.
Phoenix area where fall and winter are great growing seasons.

I live in Ajo, AZ for half a yr. Very little access to decent food. I arrived 2 days ago and immediately planted my microgreen indoor garden and will start my sprouting jars and garden today.
